DON'T GO TO THIS CALIBER!!! This place lies about your vehicle repairs. Instead of replacing parts, they do Micky Mouse repairs that most people don't ever know about. My daughter took her vehicle in after getting rear ended, they kept her car for over three weeks, though, they told her it would be about 10 days. She picked up her car and found that the hutch was not closing properly and the bumper had just been painted not replaced even though it was torn. She was told to take it back for 3-4 day to repair the mess and now 7 days later they told her it will be another week or so cause supposedly they ordered the bumper they were supposed to replace in the first place. Meanwhile, they are partially paying for a rental, she is having to pay for 1/2 the charge. The Manager Tony Michalski can't even give my daughter a set time of completion. DON'T GO TO THIS CALIBER. Just had my truck repaired at this particular location (407 in Lewisville). I have taken repairs to Caliber before and have always had A+ service. This was not the case this time. My pickup was taken to a different location and they wanted me to pick it up in a different location. Very unprofessional over the phone. No one went over the repairs with me at pickup. Although the repair was satisfactory, the service was disappointing to say the least. I will still use Caliber in the future, just not this location. read more

I had an unsecured load fall in front of my vehicle that couldn't be avoided and when I obtained the drivers info thru the police he and his insurance denied any knowledge of the event even with pictures of a poorly secured load and material from the trailer still on my hood in the image. I thought this was the worst that could happen until I encountered Caliber Collision in Flower Mound on 407. I have had good experiences with other Caliber locations in the past however, this location appears to be too busy for my business. They happily informed me that they could not even take a drop off of my vehicle for over a month. If you depend on your vehicle, have a job you're expected to show up at on time and place a value in your time, avoid this location at all costs. read more

Our company vehicle was involved in an accident and we were concerned about being without it for an extended period of time. We chose Caliber versus the shop recommended by the insurance company based on my initial meeting with Jennifer. She was friendly, knowledgeable and understood our urgency to get the van back on the road. She quoted us a repair period of 10 to 12 days but they had the repairs done and our van on the road in less than a week. The repairs are perfect and, thanks to Jennifer and her excellent customer service, this process was quick and somewhat painless. The appraisal was bad. It didn't include all of the damage. As a result the insurance company wasn't made aware of the all the total damage or cost of repair. As a result, I had to pay the difference. I will never, ever use these folks again. read more

There were a lot of things that disappointed me with me repair on my Volvo. After three rejections and four months my car is now in another shop. Multiple things were wrong - Improper repair, Wrong parts installed, Damaged the car and rear window during repair, missing parts when returned, Did not fix any of the issues that were found with their repairs. They also charged the insurance for a part they did not change. The tail light had a unique red paint pen mark on it and to my surprise after being told it was damaged, and they charged the insurance $300+ for changing it, the mark is still there - matching photos prior to the repair. My car is now at another repair shop trying to get all the issues fixed. Please be diligent when accepting your car. Know what to look for and do a full inspection. Here is a list of issues that made me remove my car from this shop and take is to another. I gave Caliber three rejections and four months to fix my car... - Drivers door jam damage (Photo evidence showing it was not there prior) - Large scratch on the windshield - Fish eyes in their paint repair - Rear window that is the wrong PN and does not hook up to the defrost - Damage to the rear window seal - Four missing panels from the interior - Two emblems were installed in the wrong location - Improper blend on the rear bumper repair (not even close to the same silver) requiring a full repaint - The rear bumper hits the rear hatch because of the bumper being improperly installed. Sure five feet away car looked fine, I guess that was their goal. read more

Caliber Collison was the most competitive on price, so I had my vehicle repaired at this location. I do have a couple criticisms, but nothing bad. 1) They were behind on the schedule for returning the vehicle. It took 2.5 weeks instead of the 1.5 weeks, but I told them I was not in a huge hurry. 2) Some shops provide photos of the progress regarding your repair. I'm guessing that is probably available in today's technological age from Caliber, but it was not discussed. No for the good stuff. 1) The vehicle looked good following it's stint in the shop. 2) The shop is very nice. 3) The staff is very accommodating. They return phone calls or e-mail promptly. 4) While doing some work on the door the panel had to be removed. During the installation a switch for the mirror adjustments was broken. It was not evident until after it was returned. I dropped by Caliber and spoke with Terry Shoemate. He ordered the part; called me when it came in to schedule an appointment; and had it fixed. I must mention that my experience with Caliber Collision follows a host of other things I have had to get done lately. Most were disappointing. You call people, wave money at them to get things done, and they either put you off or don't call you back. When you can get the work done it is usually short of expectations. That's why my experience with Caliber was such a pleasant surprise. They did what I wanted done, got it done quickly and did the work for a fair price. That, of course, is our expectation anywhere, but these guys really exceed expectations. My vehicle has a three-stage paint that is difficult to apply and have it look good. The guys at Caliber know their stuff! The paint looked amazing and my truck was washed and waiting for me out front when I arrived. Alex at the front desk is pleasant and helpful and called me by name as I walked through the door. It's so nice to have someone greet you with a smile, much less look up from their cell phone. Kyle, the manager, always greeted me with a handshake and took all the time I needed to explain the process and how they could help. ANYONE needing paint and repair work for their automobile would be well served to give Caliber a shot. They have earned a customer for life.
