    Never will I ever return to ANY Caliber Collision. I got a massive amount of body work done after being driven off the side of the road. The repair took well over 30 days. I had to call to get updates, they rarely reached out to me to give me an update. Caliber Collision guarantees a life long warranty on their repairs. The epoxy that was used on my car and since expanded and causes numerous cracks in the poor paint job. Side note, the paint job came with numerous bubbles. This leads me to believe that the paint job was rushed. Also the panel that was reinstalled never lined up with the body of the car, see photos. When I finally picked up my car, it was covered on the inside with dust and powder. Clearly they had wiped the car down at least once, but with the cost of the repair, it should have been wiped down AT LEAST another 2 times. Long after the repair, my car dealership reached out to me letting me know they got in a part I had ordered. Interestingly enough, the date the part was ordered was during the 30+ day stay at Caliber. I am completely aware that I can take my car into Caliber for, what they like to say, is a lifetime guarantee on their repairs, and maybe offer to do the work for free. That being said, the work that was done on my car was so piss poor that I would rather make ANOTHER insurance claim and go to a different repair shop, than to ever step foot into this chain establishment ever again in my life. UPDATE: As you can see below, this business is wanting me to reach out to them so they can "fix" the situation. Please read the above paragraph. I will never step foot in this awful 'business' again.

State Farm dropped this location shortly after that repair. I went back twice since then and both were in adequate. One was for a collision that the other party (Geico) paid for. Jackie Mauldin was not a certified location but I decided to go since my previous experience was good. This was not great but not bad. They took two weeks to repair when they estimated one week. Their quality control was a failure seeing how I got in the car and the locks didn't work. They fixed it, but I had to take the rest of the day off due to it. 2 years later the fender came loose and complete shredded. I was quoted one price to repair it and ended up having to pay more. They charged me for the parts due to the engine shroud being cracked. "When you hit something you knocked the fender well out of place" causing the issue. Totally different parts of the car, but once again I don't repair cars so who knows. I had the top of my Honda Civic repainted due to paint fade. This was pre Honda recall. I asked them to repaint whatever is faded on the top. They quoted me, I dropped off the car. Another 1 week repair that took 2 weeks. I go to pick it up and they sure did paint the top. Literally the top, not the beams that go along the sides which at the top were faded. I asked them and they provided me a quote that was equal to the first quote due to having to blend the top with the top of the beams. I own a Honda, what makes you think I can afford more out of pocket. If they had quited me properly the first time I would have said no and clear coated it to prevent rust. Honda later that year had a recall and they properly repainted 75% of the car. When I filed my re-imbursement paper work at Breakaway they were shocked how much I was charged for a half ass repair. The other repair I had done was my rear bumper. It had been scuff by some random car in the parking lot. Since the car already had a rough scratch when I bought it, I asked them to replace the bumper if needed and repaint. They repainted, but they must have broken more of the tabs that hold the bumper in place because to this day it still isn't locked in properly. It is held by a screw that was drilled in the fender well. I asked if they could just replace the bumped and they provided me with a full quote for the repair stating I should have told them to replace the bumper. There was no call to notify there was a complication. They just did what they wanted. To sum it up. Jack Mauldin will take short cuts. 90% of the staff has rotated out. There are no status updates. In fact you car can be sitting there for days waiting to be picked up. You have to call them cause they will not call you. You write your phone number #s on the form they give you and you get a "We tried, but couldn't reach you" Apparently they don't know of voicemail. Add the fact that they don't really care about honoring warranties or quality inspecting their work. There is a reason why top name insurance companies don't list this as a certified repair center. Since my last repair there has been easily a dozen collision repair shops opened and I will use them. I warned my mom and she decided to use Jackie Mauldin since she too had a good experience back in 2012. She now regrets it since paid for workmanship that looks like it was applied by a monkey with 100 grit sandpaper and a couple rattle cans. She took it back and they said they would repaint it. Picked it up today and they literally painted over the dirt. Didn't clean it, didn't sand it. Just straight up painted over dirt. You wipe it with you hand and guess what... Flat black just like in the tool box... We're done. I'm sorry to anyone I recommended to go to Jackie Mauldin.

As a person who has had more than my share of car damage, I have dealt with plenty of body shops. It is no understatement that the treatment I received by Jeff at Fender Mender was absolutely extraordinary in the best possible way. From the time that I was greeted, Jeff took time with me to make sure I felt welcome and at home. He explained the options for my car repair extremely thoroughly. He even provided me with questions and considerations should I go somewhere else. He graciously offered to speak to the folks who were responsible for the damage to explain the costs and the "why" behind what he was doing. He understands that the investment that we made in our vehicle was a sacrifice and one that we did not want a bad patch/paint job to mar our enjoyment and daily reminder of the accident. Every step of the way he was communicative and clear...from proactively calling me first thing Monday morning to let me know that our overnight drop off went well...all the way to delivering the car two days earlier than what was expected. I would have no reservations on sending my wife/children here to get service. Regardless of your comfort with auto-body repairs, Jeff takes the time to make you feel welcome and explains his process excellently. I am grateful for the recommendations I received to go to Fender Mender and I hope to never need auto body work again.... but in the likely chance I do, Jeff will be my first call.     I will never recommend Fairway Auto Body to anyone. To summarize my experience, it took them two…read moremonths to order and install a new side view mirror and fix the dents from the hurricane back in October. I paid for the mirror, but they initially ordered the wrong part. In December, I received a call saying they still had the incorrect part. They ended up installing a used mirror, which I was okay with, expecting a refund for the new mirror that I had paid for. However, I never received anything. When I finally got my car back after two months, they forgot to install the trim above my driver's side door. They took the car back to fix that, but in the process, they put a huge gash on the roof, which showed metal. They took my car again and this time offered a rental to compensate for the inconvenience. When my car was finally returned to me at work, I noticed scratches on both the driver's and passenger's sides, along with two dents on the roof. The manager offered to buff out the scratches, but at that point, I had had enough. He also suggested refunding me a small portion of what I had paid, but no check was in the mail. Overall, the quality of service was poor and careless. Additionally, I found that my windshield washer fluid pump had not been reconnected after they reinstalled my windshield. I highly recommend going somewhere else. The customer service and quality in my experience receive an F grade. .

Go to see them if you ever need any body work on your car. I would definitely do back there. Be sure to ask for David Beck. He is an Awesome person and he takes care of his customer.

It took a month to get my first appointment, but that was canceled due to a snowy forecast. I'm annoyed my 9 am appointment was cancelled day of at 7:30 am, a full 5-7 hours before they thought the storm was supposed to hit. They scheduled me for Monday... I dropped off and got a rental. The next morning I was texted by Darrell at 7:50am that my car was next in line for disassembly and he would keep me updated on the progress. At 5:18pm Darrell texted to inform me that they can't work on my car because its electric... something they should have told me a month ago when the appointment was made. I replied to his text letting him know that I was very upset and this was ridiculous. He never replied. I called the next morning and Darrell and the management refused to discuss the issue. I requested they give me a call back but they never did. I came back to pick up my car at around 4 pm and it was not out and ready for me. The receptionist tried to get Darrell to help bring the car around but he decided to put "scanning a car" as a priority over helping get my car. They said it would be 15 mins, so I requested that I go to the back and drive it out myself. This place is a scam. I am not out of pocket $100 for a rental and my car is still needing to be fixed.
