Redfield ordered and installed the wrong windshield, so that had to be redone. Another trip to Redfield. They had glue excess that was not removed. Another trip to Redfield. The Highlander ended up about number forty on the list, and Redfield said it would be a few weeks before they could get to it. A few weeks passed and Redfield then said to wait another few weeks. When my parents called back and Redfield apparently totally forgot to schedule them. My parents ended up waiting three months to get their car fixed, when they had been one of the first people to schedule repair. Redfield also promised to touch up the door jams, which they did not do. ____ My brother purchased a level II wash and wax from Redfield, which is supposed to include touch up and paint mix. No touch up was done. There is wax left all over the vehicle. And there is a new ding in the hood. For $95, they returned the highlander in worse shape than it was brought it to them. ____ My family tries to support local businesses, but Redfield has repeatedly proved itself unworthy of our business. I get the chaos of a hailstorm, but to muck up a $95 car wash this bad...what a waste of money. ___ UPDATE: Family had Redfield work on car again, and this time they were satisfied with results. Issues 1-Bov vband…read moreflange oring missing 2-improper brass boost T wrapped in electrical tape and leaking during boost leak test 3-Bank1 wastegate diaphragm leaking and all bolts on both gates stripped 4- standard corrugated wire wrap used on o2s near hot exhaust causing it to fall off 5- incorrectly extended o2s with heat shrink ripped during crimping causing potential for cross short. 6-positive junction placed directly below charge pipe giving potential for fire if pipe blows off and grounds battery positive , no fuse at battery lug. 7- charge pipe clamp stripped , major boost leak at intercooler on passenger side and charge pipe at throttle body. 8- all charge pipes not clamped past bead on piping increasing chance for blowing off 9- bank2 turbo missing seal for compressor housing causing boost leak 10-hoses for catch can improperly trimmed and routed causing kinked hosing and possibly increased crank case pressure 11-oil sandwich plate leaking from fitting , suspect improper sealant used 12-fuse box mounted in fender well upside down with 0 attempt to prevent water intrusion , resulting in visible corrosion of fuses and contacts , fuse box will likely need replacement in future . 13-wiring touching wastegate tube on bank1 with inadequate heat shielding ( shielding starting to burn/ harden 14-multiple additional boost leaks at t taps for wastegates and bov.

Very unhappy with their services. They had our jeep for over 4 months after we were involved in an…read moreaccident. When they said our jeep was good and fixed, it wasn't. We picked our jeep up at the end of the day and when we drove it home it had a death wobble. They let us leave with tire PSI a different levels, with a difference of almost 20 psi in some tires. The horn didn't work and it drove terrible. We took it to 4 other places to have it checked and they all had a list of things still damaged and broken. Took it back to Holt for them to check it, and was told everything else was normal wear and tear which made it a battle with the insurance. But after meeting with an adjuster and going over everything still damaged, it was determined there was still a lot damaged from the accident. Some of the stuff Holt fixed, is still damaged and trying to get them to fix it has been a battle. I would not recommend Holt Performance
