Extremely Unprofessional Response to a Customer Concern…read more I took my vehicle to this shop on August 5, 2026, for an A/C compressor replacement. Afterward, I noticed issues with my vehicle, including damage around the wheel-well area and a problem with the fog light, so I contacted the shop to ask what happened and requested that the matter be addressed. Instead of simply inspecting the vehicle and professionally discussing my concerns, I was initially told that they "never went under" my vehicle or did anything to the front of it, despite having replaced the A/C compressor. I told them I wanted to discuss the situation and, for documentation purposes, intended to record our phone conversation. They said they did not consent to being recorded--but then immediately told me that all of their own phone calls and in-person conversations at the office are recorded. What bothered me most was how quickly the conversation became personal. Rather than keeping the discussion about my vehicle, the company representative told me that I "obviously have an anger problem," suggested I "call a psychiatrist and/or a pastor," said they would "pray for" me, and then told me never to call, text, or contact them again. That is an incredibly inappropriate way for a business to respond to a customer questioning the condition of their vehicle after repairs. I was not asking for anything unreasonable. I wanted the vehicle inspected, an explanation of what occurred, and an opportunity to resolve the issue. In fact, they initially said that if the fog-light issue was caused by them, they would make it right. Unfortunately, the conversation deteriorated into personal insults instead of customer service. Whether or not the shop ultimately believes it caused the damage, there is no excuse for speaking to a paying customer this way. I have screenshots of the entire conversation and would strongly recommend that anyone considering this shop document the condition of their vehicle before and after service and keep all communications in writing. One star based primarily on the way my concern was handled and the completely unprofessional communication that followed.

Long story short with my situation was long distance traveling, broke down on a Sunday near this area traveling through the state, had my vehicle towed to another location that was closed, had to leave it there overnight and contacted these folks first thing the next morning from 4 hours away (continued on to our destination via rental car). Not only were they accommodating via the telephone, they went and picked up my truck from the other location, diagnosed it and actually fixed it the same day at a reasonable cost. I had already assumed that my vehicle was going to require extensive work and time to complete it which is why we continued on to our vacation destination but it turns out that it was just a bad injector. Although I was out the added expense on top of my vacation spending it was minimal at best all things considered. They even allowed me to keep my vehicle on their lot for several days prior to pick up. For an out-of-towner I couldn't be happier with the service I received and quick turn around. Vehicle runs like new again and had no issues on my 1200 mile trip back home. I would easily recommend this place to anyone for diesel engine work. Thanks again.

William saw we were not going to make it home and told me he would look at it. We limped to his shops 3 mechanics jumped to help but having a 20 year old truck luck was not in our side. So a plan was agreed upon and we got a rental car and left the truck. They drove up to get a rental car He was very conscious about throwing money at my truck We were towing a trailer so when the time came to pickup the truck a major rain storm was going to hit about the same time. They when in the back lot and hooked up the trailer to the truck. That saved me a miserable drive home. William and the rest of the folks are great people. The start of what I expected to be a very bad experience. We were referred to Earl Copeland by our mechanic in Marietta, GA. I spoke with Mr. Copeland as he was closing and we had our van towed there. The next morning Mr. Copeland was there early and he, Dex and George got the van into a bay and they looked at it right away. George and Dex diagnosed and solved the problem and got us back on the road in a fraction of the time I expected and at a fraction of the cost I was fearing. Earl and his mechanics are very competent, professional and kind. What could have been a bad experience turned out to be a pleasant one that I will not soon forget. I would recommend this group to anyone without reservation. The next morning, Mr. Copeland called me to make sure we had gotten home OK. You don't run into people this good every day (unfortunately), I have learned to cherish it when I do. Thank you Earl, George & Dex!
