Overall - The most amazing dates and date ranch tour one could hope for!…read more Taste - The dates they grow are of the highest quality. Although they sell different quality dates, even the lowest quality dates they donate tasted better than any dates I've gotten in the store. Their premium dates were amazing with such rich flavor and sweetness! We bought a box and will definitely be ordering more for ourselves and as gifts. Service - Saralyn Delk, the owner and operator of this amazing date ranch, gave us an amazing tour loaded with information. She greeted us at the gate and took us around the property on a gator. We learned about the different kinds of dates they grow (Barhi & Medjool), tasted the different dates in the various stages of harvesting, and saw some of the animals. We weren't rushed and she was really happy to give details about everything we wanted to know. She was funny and raw and you could tell that she really takes pride in keeping her ranch clean and growing the best dates ever! Facility - The ranch itself is kept very clean and free of brush. Additionally, their packaging facility is kept immaculate. Need to know - There are peacocks on the property! Would I come back - Yes Would I go out of my way - Yes Additional info - You can't see the property until you get to the end of the street. You will pass a bunch of other farms along the way, don't feel like you are missing out because this is a little further, it's TOTALLY worth it!

Re: the owners response…read more.. I'm not sure why you insist on responding with continued rudeness. Your claims are lies. You did not have a date for us to even choose from. Not to mention the fact that you did in fact rebook a wedding a reservation for 3 nights--just like ours!?!? I understood the entire time that there was "hardship" on both sides, and that you have to run a business. That being said, you have a successful business that is booked out every weekend for almost 2 years. The amount owed to us is nothing and could have easily been refunded despite a contract that was only interrupted due to a pandemic. After our wedding we fully plan to pursue legal actions with small claims court especially due to your blatant lack of kindness and understanding

She is very solution centric so there is literally no challenge that arose that she wasn't comfortable tackling. What we appreciated about her most is she is VERY customer service oriented. She always responded to us quickly, offered advice, and looked out for us. I will never forget... when she arrived to the bridal suite, she brought me some delicious caffeine teas so I can get a boost of energy because I told her I was exhausted and didn't sleep well. It is such a small gesture, but meant a lot to me (I felt so cared for). She truly goes above and beyond and we will absolutely be keeping her in mind if we need to plan any events in the future. We love you Jessica!

This year, their stand is in the center section of the back lot just across from the Far West Funghi stand. They have a rotating selection of dried dates which are sold by the pound but you can certainly buy less than a pound quantities if you so choose. With the current shelter in place, no samples are given so you'll have to eyeball and ask the kind seller for his opinion in meeting your palate profile.
