She did not have enough money to pay for that, so they convinced her to get a loan using the company the recommended. Once she told me about it, and I called them they agreed to give her her money back, and I've been trying for a month to get the money back, but I keep getting bounced around. They're sick people. Intimidating and stealing from the elderly. They won't give you their real names, direct phone lines, email addresses, etc for a reason. This business should be shut down. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM.

If I could give less than one star, I would rate him negatively for his unprofessional communication with customers. A rep contacted me about an "offer" that wasn't even valid since the statute of limitation had passed. Anthem has literally done nothing except communicate what I owe; I could've done this myself. $3000+ dollars for services that are non existent. No one communicates in a timely fashion if at all and when they do, have no idea about your personal case. This company is completely inadequate and do no care about their customers at all. My bank account was still levied and they weren't even aware. Save your money!
