There were three problems: 1) Timing. They are very slow on their timing. Everything from start to finish took 7 months. 2) Communication. Not the best, I had to initiate many of the conversations. 3) Cost: We had two of these done, one here in Calgary and one elsewhere. The cost of their installation was a third more than the other installation. Even if you remove the cost of the inspection, this installation was on the high cost side. He also did a load calculation as part of the site inspection which the city inspector needed to see as part of the permit process so was thankful for his foresigh! The interior work was done ahead of the delivery and you would never know they ran anything new it was that well done. The day our hot tub arrived, it was a very quick connection and he did a great job to hide the cable as best he could given the location of the tub on the pad and the options for drilling into the tub to run the wire. Overall, we are extremely happy with the service and the quote was very fair based on the other quotes we got.
