Kyle Shewfelt Gymnastics is a busy place, and an adult conditioning class taught by Kyle himself for $190-ish, well that's damn incredible and not to my surprise it was sold out. This January, however, I got the chance sign up for Gymsanity. Yeah, kind of like Beachbody's Insanity workouts, except a million times better because you have Kyle effortlessly pushing your body to its absolute limits. Get this - It's April. I started Gymsanity in Janurary to the tune of 208lbs and could barely get a pull-up. With Gymsanity and yes, diet and additional exercise that I did based on the things I learned at Gymsanity I lost about 25 lbs during the class. A little more than a month later I've lost another 10lbs bring ing me into the low 170's, and have upped my pull-ups to more than 10. I've even started adding some weights to lower my reps to the 8-ish range and build more muscle. That's nuts! I've undergone a complete body transformation and I'd credit a great deal of it to Kyle's class Regardless of your current fitness, if you're willing to push yourself, if you're willing to cry as you turn yourself into a puddle and try your best to smile as you do it, this class is for you. Kyle's a fantastic coach who makes things seem easy in fun, when really the workout is neither of those things. What it is though, is a victory against the goo that is currently covering your abs. You'll hate it, and you'll love it. Enroll you kids in Kyle Shewfelt Gymnastics and then take this class for yourself. Your kids will thank you for your new found energy levels you're have to play with them!

Terrible experience with this company…read more We thought we'd try out their summer day camp program and deeply regret it. We are so relieved they didn't have enough registrants that they had to cancel the fourth day of camp we originally had our child registered for! Staff told me that lunch was included for day camp, it wasn't - I don't mind - I actually thought it was obscure they would tell me this. Coaches are poorly trained in general - very unsafe with the kids- they don't notice when kids push or trample on others in competitive games and as a result - children are injured, my child had to notify the coach she was hurt - and no phone call to parents to inform them of said injuries! The coaches are also unwilling to help children who don't have any gymnastics experience, telling children to "figure it out for themselves" Clearly the employees are miserable at their job just based on their grumpy facial expressions, no smiles upon arrival during check in, the responses they give children and their lack of regard overall The owner and staff accused my child of lying about their experiences at the camp It's pretty obvious the owner has received negative feedback on her establishment previously because she relies heavily on "footage from her security camera" to back her story up and prefers to blame the children and call them liars as opposed to just supporting children, accepting honest feedback and resolving the problem. Why would and how could a child make up these stories of how they were treated or injured themselves? Why would she deliberately hurt herself? Additionally- no air conditioning- so the children are doing physical activity all day indoors during an August heatwave. Equipment needs upgrading, facility is dilapidated and outdated, it's a garage with mats, cluttered and disorganized, looks unprofessional No signage whatsoever, so we couldn't find the entrance to the building because they had their front door propped open (which is the only place they have a small sign lol) I don't recommend this place to anyone, in fact I strongly recommend avoiding it! Please don't waste your money - and save yourself the headache so that you don't have to deal with the owner or staff- it was absolutely mind numbing - several minutes of my life I'll never get back but most importantly my child got injured and didn't have a good time

My daughter has been with their developmental team for 2 years…read more They must be doing something right because she wants "to be a gymnast when she grows up" and 3 hour training sessions twice a week are fun and challenging at the same time. Yes, there is high coach turnover (which I'm sure is common everywhere), some have been better than others, but she has learned from all of them and they all helped her grow in different ways. The leadership team has been very accommodating to all our needs and suggestions. Would highly recommend!

There are some fabulous coaches and there are some inexperienced coaches. In other advanced classes she was in, she received excellent coaching. Very inconsistent in the type of coaching you will receive.

Parents are not welcome other than to wash floors, bathrooms (yep that's how they use parent volunteers), and to provide money. Unprofessional is the right word.

This club is terribly unprofessional. It is poorly run. The coaches are teenagers who never stop…read morelooking at their iPhones. One coach was very inappropriate with her treatment of my daughter. I tried first to resolve the issue with her, then when she ignored me I tried to speak with the head coach, who refused to hear my concern. After that, my daughter was poorly treated from then on and so we finally switched clubs. These are nasty people running a cliquey little club. It reminds me of the movie "Mean Girls." Stay away - go ANYWHERE else.
