just now New August…read more2025 I ordered a building through Duane Ferrel at Premier building. It was delivered to me from the factory on 10 /8/2025, With damages on the metal roof. I hesitated to let them deliver it, but was convinced by the deliver guy that this would be a simple fix within a couple of weeks. In 10/23/2025, I reached out to Duane Ferrel for an update on the repair that needed to be done to the roof explaining to him that this needs to be fixed quickly because of the possibility of bad weather blowing in and creating even more damage to the shed. He texted me back with a message stating that they should be out this weekend if they have the aluminum piece or if not for sure by next week we are now in December and I reached back out to Duane Ferrel leaving him a lengthy message explaining what my next steps will be if I cannot get the shed repaired within a week. I have yet to hear back from anyone. I would be very cautious and dealing with his company. There is no sense that we are now sitting on two months with no repairs and very possibly further damage because of their lack of concern for a customer

Even though the job took longer than expected I was still only charged for one hour of labor because that's what the owner quoted me and he stands behind his word and that is something that almost no other place does not do in today's business world. Because it took a little longer then they expected I left the guys in the shop a tip to maybe buy lunch for themselves and thank them for a great job and honest business. Given the issues with the trailer, the web advertised price was certainly more appropriate than the "claimed correct price". Reached out to corporate. Neither the GM Greg Whitfield or Sales Manager Scott Holcomb were interested in reaching a resolution. Greg's only resolution was for me to drive 3 hours and return the trailer - which I have already repaired. Disappointing experience to say the least.

My daughter and I were driving from Middle Georgia to Knoxville with a small 14' john boat on an…read moreold, very lightweight trailer. I had new tires installed and the wheels serviced before we left but at Dalton we heard a terrible racket. One of the wheel bearings had failed on the trailer. A quick Google search led me to a trailer repair company but they didn't do work on this type of trailer. They recommended Ingles and we were able to make it there without losing the wheel. They dropped what they were doing and went to work on the bearing. They only had one bearing in stock and the wheel needed two. One of the old bearings was still usable. He put the new bearing on the inside and the old bearing on the outside so it would be easier to replace when we got home. He also thoroughly cleaned the old bearing and packed everything well with marine grease. He inspected the other wheel and said it seemed fine. It took about an hour and 15 minutes total and cost about $50. Very polite and priced reasonably considering my situation. There was never any hint that I might be inconveniencing them.

After troubleshooting for 10 minutes they were able to figure out the issue and repaired it on the spot.
