He actually made me feel very comfortable and confident in choosing him. I wanted to keep my dollars local and in my area and he is certainly not making me regret my choice. He is up front about what he can do. He is even incredibly honest on what I could do to save money and make my dollar stretch, what businessman does that?! He was also super accommodating to me needs, which he actually heard and paid attention to every single one. He promptly set up appointments for treatment and clean up of my overgrown area. Doing so much faster than I planned and checking one major thing off my list. If this is what he can do prior to a job, I can barely wait to see what his finished product will be like. Will update. ***update*** So sorry for the very late update. Although the job was done quite some time ago, he did an amazing job!! The overgrown area still looks nice, can't seem to keep my dog from back there. Rico was very professional, kept constant communication, and overall a very kind person. He exceeded my expectations!! Great company!!

They did a fantastic job every time they came out, they were hands down the best a communication, not only initially when I needed to establish service but all through out - they would send me a text each time they completed the yard and would text or email if there was going to be a change in schedule for any reason. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for lawn service in the area. They honestly are the best and are everything you hope for in lawn care.

I really can't recommend TCT Property Enterprises enough. They did a fantastic job of restoring our…read morefront yard and landscaping after it was left in shambles by another contractor. We had a contractor do work on our house to repair the outside, bottom walls of our basement and they only completed 1/2 of the job. Although they finished the actual basement and outside wall work, they left our yard a total mess and never replaced the cement porch they removed to do the lower wall work. They were also going to do grading in the front yard to address puddling and never did, and they didn't do any of the landscaping they were supposed to complete. Our yard was a disaster. TCT Property not only did a wonderful job with the grading of our front yard, they also did all of the landscaping and seeding in the front and back yard, pipe work to address the puddling, and replaced the cement porch within about 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 weeks. Their price was very reasonable, and they are professional and reliable with everything they do. I would highly recommend TCT Property Enterprises to anyone looking for a contractor. They are great and are a pleasure to work with.

We explained we wanted someone dependable. we signed contracts that was to recover, aerating, and seeding our lawn, do the mulching and landscape maintenence cutting weekly, edging, and trim. You stood in our front room and when I ask you why you were coming this far, you said you prayed about it and God told you to go south. Did you give us time to find someone knew? NO! When we messaged you about signing a contract and that you need to give us time to find someone. You said you were allowed to OPT OUT just as we could. Well if you and I can both opt out what was the reason to sign the contract? As I said I am extremely disappointed and I would never recommend you to do any kind of work for anyone else. The man who showed up the one time may have done good work but your company is dishonest and has a shameful work ethic. God bless you moving forward
