By far the best agent EVERRRRRRRR! Hinry has been my agent for what seems like forever, but more or less the last four years. He's always been very thorough and precise. He knows his business! I recently had a minor collision (someone hit me) which I thought would cost me $500 that I can honestly say I did not have. I called Hinry and explained everything to him. He called the claims rep. and within 25 minutes I received a call saying my deductible was being waived because of this uninsured motorist (the other driver didn't have insurance) law that California has! I had no clue such a law existed! I am thankful to Hinry and the team of CalEagle thay went above and beyond to handle this situation. I want to truly express myself and let everyone know about what I went through with the owner since 2017 I have been a customer and I ended up moving, changing my phone number and was in a mess my SR22 got cancelled I was not aware because I had not done a phone number change I called the owner while I was waiting in line at the California DMV asked her kindly to get my SR22 active any way possible Hasmik told me it will take her one to two hours to have it ready I gave her my credit card number right on the spot because I was desperate at the moment my license was suspended so this leads her to become greedy and calls me back telling me she called THEM when she's the owner and the one who gets all the paper work done so she says she called THEM pretending she couldn't get my SR22 so whoever she goes through which is a lie they said that I NEED to pay $500 for the whole year to have an SR22 then I tell her my situation how I didn't have a place to stay for a good three weeks and was looking for a place so she calls me back with another price of $180 broker fee and 60 dollars a month when I was paying $50 each month so this place will take advantage of you she lost me as a customer I will never go back I will not recommend anybody to cal eagle insurance I was shopping around and found a very nice girl called her and she told me I have your SR22 it's ready in five min just pay me $38 dollars now and each month moving forward come pick it up! Thank god there are some kind people out there who really do need customers like me and hopefully will appreciate me as a customer and my business. These people are crooks ! read more
