I contacted Cale a few weeks ago by text and he was able to provide a quote to haul furniture to the dump based on pictures I sent him. He responded quickly and was very helpful and let me know to reach out when I was ready. I contacted him again the day before Halloween and asked if he would be available the next day and he was! The next day, he sent me a text letting me know he was on his way. He was friendly, helpful and efficient. I realized later that I had laid a part of the loveseat out and forgot to let him know. To his amazing credit, he offered to come back by to pick it up the next time he was in the area. This was totally my fault, so he certainly didn't have to make the additional trip but he picked it up just 2 days later and again, texted me that morning to let me know he was on the way. I will certainly not hesitate to reach out to Cale again and you shouldn't either. He was a pleasure to work with. Thank you Cale! read more

I had such a great experience with Cale from Cale's Junk Removal--I honestly couldn't recommend him enough! We had an old hot tub that needed removing, and from the moment Cale arrived (right on time, might I add!), I knew we had found the right person. He was incredibly friendly, easy-going, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Throughout the entire process, Cale handled everything efficiently and carefully, making sure not to damage any part of our property. When he finished, he left the area spotless--like the hot tub had never even been there! It's so refreshing to hire someone who genuinely cares about their work and does exactly what they promise. If you're looking for someone trustworthy, punctual, and professional for junk removal, definitely reach out to Cale--you'll be glad you did. read more

Cale and his team cleaned up a hoarder house for me. Great price, great communication every step along the way. 28 trailer loads in all, lots large items like hot tub and Paino, and refrigerators and freezers. They did a great job picking up everything from large items to small trash in the yard. Not a single complaint all while working in 108 degree weather. Would love to post a photo of the mountains of trash but unfortunately reviews only seem to allow text. read more
