Mr. Sherman met with me for 45 minutes or so and explained what needed to be accomplished and the best way to do it. The price he quoted me was 1/3rd of the amount quoted by a recognized accounting firm. Mr. Sherman's office completed my aunt's final tax return, calculated and mailed out all 24 1099 forms for the beneficiaries and provided copies of everything to me. He provided an audit representation guarantee that I did not need - but was good to have as an assurance. I do my own taxes using tax software, but will definitely go to Mr. Sherman when I no longer can figure it out myself - and I am reaching that point! He has competent associates in his employ and I have no complaints.

I called back to report her and speak with her supervisor and she said she could hang up on whomever she wants and that her supervisor "Greg" was not in. Donna DEMANDED my phone number, but certainly I did not feel comfortable providing it and told her for security purposes I did not want to give her my number, so she hung up on me again. Sadly, Donna does not realize that the receptionist can have a lot to do with running people away from a business and profits failing. I will research to discover what governmental entity is over Financial Consulting Agencies and file a complaint, as I was unable to conduct business due to Donna's unprofessionalism, bad attitude, her sheer rudeness and her yelling and berating me. Donna needs to learn how to treat people and a telephone etiquette course for sure!

I was referred to Limestone Investments by Leavitt Eviction Services (they're 10 stars as well), and hiring Jim as my property manager was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I had a very difficult tenant situation. Jim handled everything -- the filings, the court process, the heavy lifting -- and I'm in the legal field, so I know how much work that truly is. He made being a landlord easy. After the eviction, Jim's crew stepped in and transformed the property. They repaired everything, installed new floors, repainted, and cleaned the yard better than I've ever seen it. Absolutely amazing work. Through the entire process, I felt 110% supported. Jim is knowledgeable, efficient, fair, and genuinely cares. He's also funny, which helps lighten the load when things get stressful. He's a respected veteran, an integral part of the Vegas Valley, and he doesn't waste time -- he simply gets things done. His team was outstanding as well. They investigated issues, collected evidence, stayed in constant communication, and made sure I always knew what was happening. Thank you, Jim, for getting me out of a tough situation that I got myself into by trusting the wrong tenant. You helped me turn it around, and now I have a wonderful tenant that you found for me. You told me the good, the bad, and the ugly about the market -- and you were right. Listen to him. He knows. Limestone Investments is a well-rounded, trustworthy real estate service you can bet on. I'm grateful, relieved, and will use them again without hesitation.
