Many vacant units inside the mall and outside at those individual buildings. The decorations are very outdated and the mall is due to a major remodeling! The food court is next to the entrance. But looks very dark and the tables and chairs are old and uncomfortable! This is one of the biggest shopping mall in the City of Stockton. I hope the management company and the owner will keep it up and bring in more better quality tenants.

He tried to convince me so hard that when I said no his vibe completely changed. He was completely NEGATIVE! He curled almost half my hair then when he gave up trying to convince me he didn't even offer to straighten my hair out as it was in the beginning before even coming to his section. AVOID at all cost unless you want to walk around the mall with half your Hair curled and the other side straight. I had to ask him to straighten my hair he wasn't even going to do it! Even worse the straightener didn't even straighten out my hair, IT LEFT IT WAVY! Disgusting encounter! You could STILL see the curls before I added the water. The Water couldn't even straighten it out, AND IT WAS A STRAIGHTENER!! Right side was curled &' right side was my natural straight hair.

I was here last week and it actually felt really busy for a weekday in the middle of the day. This mall is basically 4 Large department stores connected by an interior walkway with smaller shops and businesses spread throughout. It's kind of like a cross configuration. It works okay, but I prefer the traditional layout of malls where you're not having to walk back and forth to get to different places. Overall this mall is fine. It's smaller than most, but there are definitely some useful stores in it and it's convenient to have, especially since there is another Mall right across the street in case you can't find what you need. The biggest negative in Stockton is always the safety concerns, so make sure not to leave anything in your car and keep your head on a swivel.

Trader Joe's, Safeway, Pieology, Jamba Juice and the infamous Market Tavern just to name a few foodies are all here. It's a bit spread out though but within the Lincoln Center area. Probably one of my favorite that I found here so far was Podesto's market. It reminded me of Draeger's. They have a lot of that one of a kind find specialty foods, great bakery, but also stocks the usual branded products. Pricing was inline with Safeway and Trader Joe's. What sets Podesto apart, their local neighborhood feel. I'll have to do a separate review on Podesto as I need to do more exploring. Really great market. Speaking off, I haven't had the chance to explore the whole Lincoln Center yet, but I did love their sitting area located at the Brickwalk. I was there during late summer and their comfy chairs with cushion was a nice surprise. Great place to sip your cappuccino, enjoy your red velvet cupcake and catch up with a good book. Cheers!

Renting to restaurants, banquet halls, offices, retail, and nightclub/lounge. Lots of new events happening as well. They just had a holiday boutique, haunted house. And currently having a Santa event. Good to see the space getting used and new life coming in.

While there are still several great businesses like Grand Line Barbershop, Manny's CA Fresh and House of Shaw right off the Mile, it has also become home to many businesses that to me don't fit the vibe. The burned down Royal has been an eyesore and while it has finally been demolished, it stands vacant just inviting homeless to hang out there. I do enjoy the events that are held here like the monthly car show and I am hopeful that in the future more will be done do restore this once cool area of town.

I come to college square shopping center for a few reasons…read more My main reason I come here because of GameStop. My son and I love videogames. There is also a Big 5 sporting goods where I'll get my kids sport supplies and my gym bags. Also Outback steakhouse is here too. I have some friends that work there. So I'll come chill with them in the back sometimes. The food is pretty good there too. Another reason is the Baskin and Robbins. It's our least favorite one to go to. But if we're close , we'll get some ice cream there. My last reason is there is a goodwill here. Once in a blue moon, I'll come here and just look around and see what they have in stock. There's many other shops from Metro PCS, Office Max , Planet Fitness and a AutoZone that just opened up recently. There's more but I never went into any of them before. Oh yeah there is a pet store that I went to a few times :) So yeah this shopping center has some places I visit from time to time. First a little Target haul, since we are addicted lol! My toddler and I had fun playing pretend at their fire truck themed indoor play area after shopping! We were parched after playing and Auntie Anne's was advertising peach drinks, the Frozen Peach Lemonade is where it's at! Dinner was Halal Joint, but food didn't really wow us. The animal ride was fun with my tot, played popular kids music throughout! Not to mention it's free with $5-$10 squishy purchase, she picked out a strawberry! We'd return to check out more spots in the mall, that's been in business since the 90's! Some things were warn down and stores were empty, but staff were nice! All in all 3/5 star experience. Can be expensive to purchase things especialy the way things are right now. So I usually only buy things on sale.
