Honestly, he was very kind to me and my mom but when it was time to check my teeth he was super harsh on me. My teeth hurt really bad after that because he did it to harsh. Secondly, I went to get some cavities removed and Dr Lin again was the one who attended me, I also left school early so I could go to my appointment. My mom had to go back to work at 10:51 it was 10:30, and he only put the anesthesia in so it could settle down. Honestly, he did a good job and it didn't hurt because of the anesthesia. Before that, while we were checking my X rays, he only focused on what they already did to me (because I went to the dentist in Mexico). He only focused on what they did to me and my mom was already getting frustrated because they didn't say anything of what I needed. Third of all, after that appointment I went back to school and everything was going fine but just went I went to lunch, that's when it started. I felt a pain in the tooth they just fixed. A few days later, I told my mom because I couldn't eat at all in that side and she called to make a checkup. They answered and said," Did we give you a prescription for medicine for the pain?" My mom said, "uh no?" And they just stayed in shock. To summarize, this is my review on kid's dental planet.

The front desk staff has never been very welcoming, and there is always an odd, unprofessional vibe. Important information is rarely communicated ahead of time -- I've always had to call on my own to figure out prerequisites before appointments. My son has previously had negative reactions to laughing gas, becoming more fidgety rather than calm. I clearly expressed this concern before his appointment. Despite this, they attempted to proceed, were unable to complete any dental work due to his reaction, and then still charged me $100 for the laughing gas -- stating they "reduced" it from $180 as if they were doing me a favor. No work was done. They explained that they are not responsible for "behavioral issues" and that there is a 15-minute cutoff, after which they still charge even if treatment cannot be completed. This policy was never disclosed to me beforehand. I find it unacceptable to be charged when no services were provided, especially without transparent communication. If you come here, be aware that policies are not clearly explained, preparation is lacking, and you may be charged regardless of the outcome. Between the poor communication, unexpected charges, and overall attitude, I will be finding a new dentist for my son.
