I really appreciate Cal Jump for coming to save the day for my daughter's 7th birthday! When another company flaked because of the rain(our setup was going to be inside anyway) we remembered Cal Jump and they literally came an hour later with the perfect purple and pink jump castle and our daughter was so excited! I have used MANY jumper companies throughout the last decade between my 5 children's parties and Cal Jump had been by far the best experience. Every rental comes SPOTLESS each time. I connected with Cal Jump when they rented to our church. The obstacle style with slide was.so fun to watch I decided we should use it for our community annual party. The Cal Jump price was very competitive and their communications about setup, delivery, and pickup were excellent. The bouncer itself was clearly well maintained and spotless when delivered. We had such a great experience with Cal Jump!!!! Customer service was awesome. Samantha was super quick to respond to all my questions and get us set up with the perfect size bounce house. The guys dropped it off when they said they would, and gave me a 10 min heads up before they got there. The bounce house was super clean and ready to go for my sons party. The Cal Jump crew and Jumpy House was exactly what we wanted for our sons birthday. Despite a little rain, the crew dropped off a very new, clean jumpy house that the kids loved. As you could imagine, following some rain the house was a little wet and muddy. When the crew picked it up they cleaned it thoroughly and, most importantly, made a point to check-in with us to ensure we had a great time. They responded on yelp within minutes of asking for a quote. Kevin was very professional and accomodating while setting up and picking up. The castle bounce house was super duper clean. It feels like we were the first to rent it like everrrr, thats how clean it was! It was a holiday weekend so they let us keep the bounce house another day. Big thank you to Cal Jump for providing the castle jumper for my 2 year olds birthday! He had so much fun in it as well as the other kids. Rented out a jumper for a baby shower hosted at Wilson Park and Cal Jump was great. They texted before they arrived, showed up on time to setup, and had a quick setup. They were one of the approved vendors so they knew exactly where to go and what to do. So easy to use and great service. Would use them again! read more

I contacted Cal Jump on 7/22 for a party on 7/31. They were extremely helpful, were able to accommodate me on short notice and the pricing was great. I got an email confirmation that afternoon and a text the evening before our party with approximate delivery time. On Saturday they sent me a text letting me know they were on the way. When the guys arrived they wore masks, were courteous and respectful, and just kind dudes. They even offered to help with the party set up. They set up the tent and it was great. Our kids had a great time and when it was time for pick up I got another text letting me know they were on the way. Again they offered to help with the clean up! The customer service was spectacular! Professional service manners! Clean Jumper! I called all jumper business but Cal Jump was the only business who had good business manners. All my guests were happy and love the jumper I rent it. It's different from square type, open top and good amount of space inside. I was so getting bored with regular ones so this is the one for kids party! read more

I would like to recommend this business to anyone in the LA area . They have great customer service price are a bit higher then other places but the jumper 6in1 was well worth the extra cost that in used to renting . Kids had a blasted . Jumper gets wipe down at delivery . Very flexible with dates drop off and pickups. read more

We recently rented a Jumper Deluxe from Cal Jump and had a wonderful experience. I sent an email inquiry about a month out from my party and Kevin texted me back with the info I requested. From there, it was super easy to book the jumper and confirm rental date and delivery/pick up times over text. Kevin was so great at communicating everything with me. I received a text the night before the party confirming my delivery window, then received texts again when they were 10 min away for delivery and pick up. The jumper was in great condition and they cleaned it during setup. The kids were very happy with the jumper, and I enjoyed it too! I'll definitely be renting with Cal Jump again! read more

Cal Jump was incredibly easy. I looked up some info on their website, TEXT them some pricing questions, got a response back right away, and reserved the jumper via text. Doesnt get any easier or more convenient than that. The jumper came, set up was quick, the setup guy was really nice, the jumper worked great, and since we had to leave the park early they said we could just turn the jumper off and just leave it for pickup. If I could give them 10 out of 5 stars i would. From booking to pick up, I could not have had a better experience with this company. They were helpful in booking, send text reminders/updates....all around great communication, showed up on time to deliver and pick up, the bounce house was wonderful and the kids had an absolute blast. I didn't think anyone would be available but they were very quick to respond and answered all my questions. Payment was easy! Honestly idk where to start. It's my daughters first birthday and I'm a young mom and my baby got lots of cousins so I really wanted to have her 1st birthday special. I was struggling to get a jumper financially and the manager here was the sweetest person in the world and worked with me on the price so I could make my daughter birthday special and for the kids. The manager didn't have to go out of his way for me but he did during a really tough time in my life. There really are still good people in this world I recommend this place 1000% read more

I was jobless and homeless, but Cal Jump literally gave me a 2 story, 2 bd, 1.5 bath bounce house that I now live in. Once I got a job, my wife came back with the kids and they absolutely love the place. The youngest of my 4 children said that his favorite part about the house is that you can go to bed anywhere. The lady that answered (Brenda) confirmed that they could deliver it the next day and made me pay half of the amount over the phone. I asked for a receipt that she never sent. She seemed distracted and unprofessional, so I should have gone with my gut feeling and not ordered with them. The jumper never came. The worst part is that they have not addressed the situation or answered their google phones lines, and our 100 kids would have been so excited to have a jumper house at today's event. As she was hanging up, the person on the phone said "Thanks for wasting my time." This is the same person I also talked to when we made our initial reservation who sternly told me to "LISTEN" as I had a bit of trouble navigating on the website with her bad directions. I let that one go and complied with her, perhaps she was having a bad day, but blatantly saying my wife wasted her time for modifying a reservation? Unbelievable. Since the business has great reviews, I believe this is an issue with the person we spoke to. Luckily, the rest of the experience of getting the bounce house on time and playing in it was great.

Our only apprehension going into it was that we had noticed Luna's reviews were very good but they were all fairly recent. We figured it was a new business and decided to use them to supply the tables/chairs for our party since their quote was beyond reasonable with delivery/pick-up included. On the day of our party, they were running about 15 minutes behind and were communicative. They helped carry everything into the backyard. The tables/chairs were of good quality and everything was very clean. The following day, we got all the tables/chairs folded up and they carried them from the backyard back to their truck. All in all, a fantastic experience. I will not hesitate to recommend them to friends or family looking for event rentals and they will be the first place I contact for my next party.

Cal Jump totally hooked it up. I had a last second request that they went out of their way to accommodate to make my sons birthday one he won't forget. With a wide variety of bounce houses they were able to offer one that fit the size space we had available, and with a wide variety of bounce house banners they were even able to match the theme we already chose for his b-day. What was especially comforting though was the cleanliness of the bouncer. It showed up extremely clean, but they still took the extra time to give the inside a complete wipe down before we used it to ensure we could feel safe and secure with our children's health. Cal Jump is my new go to resource when I need to make a party extra special or just want to provide my kids some entertainment for the day. read more

This company is the best! We had the tropical jumper with slide at my 3 year old sons birthday today. It was a hit! The kids loved it and had sooo much fun! The booking was extremely easy. They gave me a window for drop off and sent me a text when they were 10 minutes out. Came in and set it up within 15 minutes. It was clean and looked brand new. Then sent me a text when they were 10 minutes out for pick up. Such an amazing and professional company and so incredibly nice! recently rented the rainbow water slide combo bouncer for my daughter's birthday. they communicated quickly and often via text, making the reservation process simple. They came early, set up quickly, vacuumed and cleaned the entire bouncer, had it ready to go in less than 30 minutes. the kids all LOVED it- even the adults. this is my second time renting from them and I will only rent from CalJump- they're the BEST- clean, on time, and easy to work with! read more
