Power up with their cappuccino or espresso. The seats outside are wonderful to people watch or to enjoy the weather while the inside offers warmth from the cold weather. We both got ice mochas and they put gold flakes on top to make it fancy. My mocha was pretty good! Very rich chocolate flavor. My friend got a double shot of expresso in his and his was a lot better since the coffee taste cut the richness of the chocolate. Overall a solid spot for some coffee.

But, before we caught our train, we had a 2 hours to kill in Figueres, so we stopped in here for a midday treat. It's right next to the Dali museum. Super nice staff! There was an older lady looking over papers that told us where the bathrooms were, and was overall quite lovely. Then the gentleman that took care of us was also super nice. They apologized that they were repairing a window, and if the noise bothered us...it was barely noticeable...but man I wish we had that kind of curtsey back home. We warmed up with a nice cappuccino, charged all of our devices, snapped a photo with the stature of Dali (pretty cool photo op!) and then headed out. Overall it's a great pitstop for a coffee, baked goods or sandwiches.

It used to be a store where you go and buy coffee in bulk to brew at home (back when there were no Starbucks, not that there is one in my native town!). People decades back brew a lot of coffee at home instead of having the cafelito in the terraces in downtown, so this was a classic place to go and get 'Cafe Pont' one of the most beloved brands. With the time the many decades old coffee store has expanded and got hipsterized so to speak. Very lovely and cozy.
