Before leaving I stopped by to purchase the banana pudding cheesecake. It looked good, and I hadn't tried it. It was the absolute best thing I bought at the festival. Hands down. Easily the best banana pudding cheesecake I've ever had anywhere. It still had that flavor of the cream cheese that makes it pop. But it also has the full flavor and creaminess of banana pudding as well. The banana pudding also gave a lightness to what some may expect from a more dense dessert.
