There were a lot of kids running around and screaming. Overall, we enjoyed our date night but the manager made it a bit unpleasant.

We ordered the large street taco platter, four different meats. Deceptively filling. I figured I could handle 10 tacos, but between those and the chips and salsa, it caught up to me fast. He delivered the food on-time, and personally set up warming trays. Nothing but compliments by all who attended. The beef brisket was especially noteworthy with compliments by BBQ "experts." The owner crafts many different types of cuisine with his base BBQ and hamburgers. You can tell he loves what he does! The Bourbon Brisket BBQ Burger was one of the best cheeseburgers I've ever had. Brisket was tender and flavorful (real smoking is going on outside the building) and the BBQ sauce was hand made. HIs Reuben egg roll was amazing. Candy Bacon was crazy good. I can't wait to get back here to try more of his menu. And save room for desert. The cheesecakes and his made on site pies looked delicious!!!

One of my personal favorites is the Tex Mex Combination options. You can choose 1-5 items with a side of rice and beans on the dinner menu. If you go during lunch time until 3pm there is a reduced priced Tex Mex Combo menu with the choice of rice or beans. The Tex mex combo options include, but not limited to: tacos, enchiladas, flautas. My pictures show two of the Tex mex options ordered at our table. The one plate shows a Tex Mex 4-item: 2 flautas, 2 soft tacos, with rice and beans. The other plate shown is the pictures is: Tex mex combo 4- item: 4 enchiladas topped with jalapeño cream sauce including rice and beans. My personal favorite is 4 enchiladas: one chicken, one cheese, one beef, and one creamy seafood topped Jalapeño cream sauce. The jalapeño cream sauce is a must try. The sauce does have a jalapeño kick to it and may be spicier at various times. The longhorn colby queso dip is absolutely amazing. I highly highly highly recommend you ask for the queso to be extra hot (temperature wise). Just a tip: just because there is steam coming from the queso at the table doesn't mean it's hot to taste. Test with a chip or fork. The chips are phenomenal especially the saturated seasoned ones. Staff is always friendly and willing to give recommendations. I can say I don't think I've had a server who hasn't liked or been able to recommend a favorite. Panchos Southwestern Grille is a twist on Mexican food. The first visit, I had the Jr. Chicken fajitas special with a fruity, frozen margarita and on my second, I had the Jr. Steak fajita special with water. The fajitas are a good lunch deal especially with the free rice and beans and stack of flour tortillas. But they are cooked in way too much oil! Please, I beg you. Stop using so much oil! I liked the meat in the fajitas, particularly the steak meat, but the beans was a bit gooey and the rice was a bit too hard. The tortillas were delicious and the seasoning they put on top of the chips are a 10/10! The amazing service from Amanda on my first visit and Rachel on my second was what pushes this average Tex-Mex restaurant from a 3 star to a 4 star experience!!

Not a single drop of seasoning in those beans. Not the worst tacos I've had. It also not close to the best. For as much as those three tacos cost they were twice as expensive and less good than a couple of places in Canton. I don't know if it's just because Dalton is rural or what and they adapted the food to be bland but I don't think I'd go there again when there are better options that are cheaper.
