I went in and toured when they opened and I am so impressed. There's an indoor track so you can run/walk where it's not one million degrees outside and a basketball court as well. If treadmills are your thing, there a plenty of those as well as elliptical machines, bikes and the like. The ladies locker rooms are positively spa like and I love all of the motivational quotes all over. I really wish they had a sauna, but fingers crossed they'll add one sometime in the future. They are open 24/7 but staffed only 8am to 8pm Monday-Friday and 8am to 4pm on Saturday. See y'all there!

I do have a complaint about lack of friendliness in some of the staff. There is a young man who works in the morning that rarely ever greets anyone. He is usually on his phone, whether he is standing or bent over the counter. I find it to be a lack of service when this happens!!!! Also, you have at least 2 hand sanitizer in need of batteries so we can receive hand sanitizer. The locations are by the mens restroom and in the back free weight area by the fllor mats. Positive side....there are a couple of ladies on the weekend crew who are absolutely outstanding. They are always friendly and seem genuinely excited to see people come and send encouragement as people go!!! This is the service that causes me to refer the gym to others. Overall, I really enjoy my time at this location as it has everything I need to be successful in my fitness journey

I set up my tripod which I understand if there is people around not to do it because nobody wants to be on camera, but if I am completely alone, why come in the room and tell me I have to Take it down not like I was on it for a bunch of time. They only have 4 treadmills but like I said, I've never had to wait. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The gym itself is smaller than what I'm used to but it does the job!
