Now my only complaint is the actual policy of planet fitness as a whole. They allow transgender people to walk into the bathroom of their choosing even though Louisiana has a law about this. I was naked in the men's locker room and some questionable women/men walked in there. I was very uncomfortable and many in there were as well. Biological males should go to male bathrooms. Biological women I do not want you in my bathroom. I don't care what your pronouns are and what you identity as. If planet fitness wants to allow such behavior they should create a gender neutral bathroom. I overall like planet fitness although they will probably come after me for this post. This gym is a small-town facility and big city prices.... For what you pay, you don't get very…read moremuch. My experience with the trainers, when I was there, wasn't good. Several of them were very rude and showed very little respect for me and my friends. They interrupted me when I spoke or ask a question and generally acted like they had better things to do than answer a question or two. They have a lot of outdoor workout training sessions but it's way too hot for that. Some of them involve running laps--on a busy road. All in all, you pay a lot of money to train at a small facility with a few snarky trainers.

I live in Texas now but I miss this place. They have law enforcement, ULL student and military discounts. If you don't like the big fitness club chain atmosphere and want to FOCUS, this is the PLACE! Very fitness minded people who will help you reach your goals.
