Swamp Tour, Tabasco Museum, Jungle Gardens, Baton Rouge's Zoo, Cajun Dome (for concerts), and the place have been friendly & pleasant. The resort has pools, a dog park, golf cart rentals, cabins, a well-stocked store and their customer service, in the office & at the bar, are amazing. Professional and friendly staff. The work-out area is adequate. All areas are well maintained and provide a relaxing environment. Every store, restaurant and other necessary utilities are all within a very reasonable distant from the resort. Great value for their price point. Highly recommend 5 out of 5!! You couldn't get to the basement on the side or to the hookups without standing in water. The roads were fairly easy to navigate but many people parked out in the road which made it difficult to maneuver in the RV when leaving.
