I would not use them again.... I clearly asked a lot of questions on cost and billing... I had never rented a dumpster before. When I called because they just charged me extra for over weight, their response was to send me the recorded phone call... where it clearly was stated by me, " how do you charge are their any additional charges" I had to protest the charges with my CC company and did get my money back. They either need to be clearer with people like me who have never rented a dumpster and don't know the process or spell it out on their website.. read more

We rented 2 dumpsters for 2 weeks for a project we were doing out in Lake Charles. One was delivered on time the other was not, it was delivered the following day and out sourced. A day later we we realized we would not be using the 2nd one and had it picked up EMPTY!!!!! I had called to see if there would be a difference in billing since it was not used and returned WAY before the 2 weeks we paid for. I was told to speak to billing. NO ONE EVER ANSWERED. I called 5 times and once was told they would speak to the owners and call me back. NEVER called back. Two Weeks later I finally get told that no matter what I would be charged as if I had used it because it was delivered. I understand being charged for delivery and pick up but charging me as if you actually had to go dump trash when it was empty!!!!!!!! Never using them again!!!! read more

0/5 stars!!! The worst company!!! Don't give them your CC info over the phone and don't do business with them! I paid for and scheduled a roll-off container to be delivered. They NEVER showed up!! When we called them, the receptionist stated, it would be delivered by 5pm. We waited for them to arrive and again NOTHING! I called them again and spoke to someone, we were told they would find out what the problem was and call back. THEY NEVER DID!!! I am going online and canceling my card now. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY. read more

Their coordinator, Cindi, was very kind and professional. The crew who made the pickup were courteous and diligent. The only reason I only gave Will Dump It a four star rating is because, at the time of writing this, they do not have a website to securely enter credit/debit card information to make the payment for services rendered. I chose to give them my credit card information over the phone, rather than make the trip to their physical location as it's almost an hour away from where I live. I am usually a very secure person in these matters, but my situation forced my hand. Aside from that, I am absolutely satisfied with my experience!

I had a great experience with cajun dumpsters. They helped me out on a Saturday and brought a 30 yard dumpster to my home. I recommend them for your next dumpster rental. read more

This time, however, it has taken multiple calls, over 10 days and I still don't have new plate and registration. Every time I call, I feel like I have to remind her of the situation. How many title transfers have you had in the last week that involved succession paperwork and death certificate that you can't remember? She hasn't been present during advertised work hours and doesn't call back when she says she would. I've lost total confidence that she hasn't lost the original title and don't know when I'll get my plate. Should have saved the $20 for the fee for them to do it and gone to wait at DMV myself. It's been over a year and a half since the flood, so you really can't continue to blame it for bad origination and forgetfulness. If you need notary paperwork alone, you should be okay, but I would go wait in line at the DMV to get your plate.
