We got the Boudin Balls and Boudin wrap. The wrap was like an egg roll with Boudin inside. The insides were good, the wrap wasn't that great. The Boudin balls is where it's at, those were deep fried goodness in a ball the size of a tennis ball. SO GOOD! The cracklings also were good, the chicken cracklings were the best as they were softer and more able to be chewed. The Pork version were very hard on one side and edible on the other, for us anyway. Inside they had a seating area, plus an area to buy any of the meats that they make. Would definitely return.

I was trying to obtain assistance from the cashier about the boudin burger, she seemed very monotone and I felt like she did not want to assist, just hurry up and buy type of attitude. I think they assume that everyone knows what they want when they walk up to the counter, it's okay to be polite and knowledgeable about your products enough to want to explain them to the customer so we can make a better decision. I had two friends in line after me on this visit and they had the same horrible experience. These days no one acts like they want to go to work or be in the service industry.
