Caitlin was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. We had seen her work beautifully executed for our family member's wedding, and knew we couldn't plan our day without her. Caitlin is the hardest working and most thoughtful planner in the business. She was always responsive (like, immediately), followed up and followed through on every little detail, and truly thought of EVERYTHING. As a Type-A planner myself, I could relax and not sweat the small stuff knowing I had Caitlin to think of a plan for every possible scenario on our wedding day. I cannot recommend Caitlin's full service package enough, as that will allow you to enjoy the planning process with very little to worry about. She is an outstanding communicator, especially when it came to handling our venue and vendor partners, which she did with ease. She also has nurtured incredible relationships with the best vendors across the Bay Area and beyond, which really helped us when deciding who to work with. From the initial design review, I knew Caitlin understood our vision and she truly brought it to life. We did not make things easy for her with some of our unique requests, but she executed every wish of ours so flawlessly I'm still in awe of how perfect everything looked. I was referred to Caitlin Gutierrez Events by The Montage in Healdsburg, as my fiancé and I were looking for a venue to have our wedding, and if we had it there, they required an event planner.
