Do not recommend. We…read morehad our Wedding in May 2019 at Eagle Vines Napa Valley. We hired Brittany and Tracy from Marry Me Weddings and Events with the "Professionals Wedding Package". Overall we do not recommend them. We feel the service provided was not worth the money we spent. On the day of the wedding I feel they were not on top of everything and they seemed overwhelmed. Compared to other vendors they did not go above and beyond. Below are some pros and cons. Pros: - They managed vendors, called them and scheduled with them. - One of our vendor was not responsive and they did the necessary to hear back from them. - At the end of the wedding they packed everything back nicely so the next day we just had to pick up boxes - 90% of their value added was on the day-of, so we'd recommend getting the basic "day-of" package. Cons: - Just before ceremony started I discovered that they lost a big box with the 70% of the party favors. After accusing me to have forgotten it at home then finally found it. So instead of enjoying and welcoming our guests I had to run around to find the box and my stress level was at 100 %. In addition their solution was to put one party favor per table... which did not make any sense. - Tracy did not have the latest timeline on the day of the wedding, . She was still working with a three-week old timeline with hand written notes even though we had finalized the timeline a week prior and sent them all the details via google slides. - We were on a tight schedule for dinner. One of their responsibilities was to make sure we stay on time, seat people and tell people when to start their speeches. We started dinner about 30 minutes late, the DJ was more concerned than them to have people do their speech on time.

They are both very professional, have so much attention to detail, awesome creative ideas, patient , and the best hearts. Our wedding was gorgeous and a dream come true thanks to both of them. They made the wedding planning process easy and stress free!!! Last Year in January after we got engaged I contacted Marry Me Wedding And Events right away. We set up a date to meet to go over their services, packages and to get a better idea /understanding as to what it was we were looking for. We chose the The Lavish Package - the full service package . With this package it was the best to accommodate my fiancé and I. They take care of everything as if it is their own wedding, which is exactly what we were looking for. From the moment we signed the contract through the 12 months of planning we could not be more thankful to have Brittany & Tracy helping us and on our side step by step. Taking care of every single thing / details that needed to be done . They found all the vendors , set up all appointments , dealt with all vendor correspondence, and went to all meetings for us even if we were unable to attend. When finding vendors they would send only the options that would be good possibilities to choose from. Through our private Pinterest board and emails they were able to understand our personalities, style, ideas and our theme completely!! If you have a fiancé with ideas and many surprises up his sleeve they make sure they accommodate those ideas as well without letting the bride know. While having their own emails and communication. Our wedding day was the most perfect and incredible day we could have ever imagined from start to finish! We walked into a dream that Marry Me Wedding & Events created!! I have never felt so happy in my life! If you are looking for a planner I wouldn't think twice about hiring these two beautiful ladies!! They are worth every second of your most incredible day ever!! I look forward to working with you both again for many future parties and events! Thank you !!!!!!

I wish 0 stars was as option... Unfortunately, our…read moreexperience with this wedding coordinator was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. She was hired to coordinate my sisters wedding. As the bride's sister, I arrived at the venue early, and thank goodness I did. Much of the décor had not been set up according to the bride's clearly communicated wishes. Instead of spending those special moments enjoying the morning with my sister before her wedding, I found myself moving heavy décor and rearranging the setup in my bridesmaid dress on a hot day just to make the venue look the way the bride had envisioned. Throughout the day, she was consistently unprofessional, rude, impatient, inconsiderate, and dismissive. She was disrespectful to the bridal party, spoke rudely to our mother despite knowing she has health issues, and had negative interactions with our family and guests. Several guests commented on how unpleasant their encounters with her were, and many didn't even realize she was the wedding coordinator because of how unprofessional she conducted herself. What was especially shocking was that she openly criticized aspects of the wedding instead of focusing on making the day run smoothly. A wedding coordinator's job is to reduce stress, solve problems, and support the couple. Instead, she created unnecessary stress on what should have been one of the happiest days of my sister's life. I also work day-of assisting for wedding coordinators, so I understand the expectations of this role. Every wedding has unexpected challenges, but professionalism, communication, and customer service should never be optional. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below even the most basic standards. I would strongly caution any couple considering hiring this coordinator. Your wedding day is too important to entrust to someone who is disrespectful, disorganized, and unwilling to treat clients, vendors, and guests with professionalism.

It is hard to put all of the things I need to say about Carli into a tiny set of written words. I…read morehave the deepest gratitude, appreciation, and respect for how she does her job, and I couldn't have imagined a more perfect partner while planning my dream wedding day. To say that Carli was the best money spent on my wedding is an understatement - she was absolutely, 1000% instrumental in making the experience as easy and enjoyable as it should be. From the second I spoke with Carli on the phone, I knew she was "the one". Her upbeat personality, confidence, and warmth drew me to her immediately (along with the fact that we're fellow Cal Poly grads and share a passion for the BVIs!). I warned her that the wedding was going to be BIG, complicated, and that planning would include opinions not just from myself, but also from my very involved mom! She welcomed the challenge and managed every single detail, question, and hundreds of emails with extreme professionalism and efficiency in our year of working together. I don't know how she manages to stay so consistently easygoing, calm, and organized in this line of work! Carli has deep experience in the industry, and as a result, has wonderful working relationships with many vendors in the Napa Valley. I trusted her recommendations for vendors whole-heartedly. I never for a second doubted that she would be able to execute on the vision I'd laid out for her, and it was such an incredible experience to see it all come to life just how I had imagined. No detail was too small for her to work with - even when I had ideas for crazy seating charts, pennies for a wishing at the fountain, etc. She would always provide her honest opinion but work with me without question if I was insistent about something. Carli truly made me feel like I was her only client - and was such a good friend and sounding board throughout the process. On the day of the wedding, if anything went wrong, I was blissfully unaware. I don't know what she did, but the execution of everything from my point of view was 100% perfect. I am only sad that I didn't get to see and celebrate with Carli as much as I wanted to at the actual wedding - but it was of course because she was seeing that the evening went exactly as we had imagined! Carli, again, these words can't express my deep sense of appreciation for all you did to make the day perfect and the process enjoyable. I hope to stay in touch for many years to come, because you are much more than a wedding planner - you are a true friend.

However, they were excellent on the day-of itself and ensured a smooth procession of events on the day. Years later, and I discover that my wedding photos have been featured (without my prior approval) on their website. I emailed them and followed up twice for them to be removed, as I prefer to keep my personal life private, and they have unprofessionally not responded in over a month. I find such behavior to be not only rude and unprofessional, but unethical. By the way, at least one of the five star reviews written on their page seems to be from a family member. I'm concerned about the ethics of their practice and their lack of responsiveness as well as decent courtesy to existing and former clients.

She was extremely professional, communicative, responsive and all around a dream to interact with. My fiancé and I had a few poor experiences with other photographers who made it clear that even though we were willing to pay them their requested rates and were the first ones to come to them for our date, they didn't want to work with us due to our looks and us personally not fitting their esthetic. These vendors were not straight forward with us about this point which made things all the more frustrating. While I can understand people need to do what's best for their business, this is doesn't feel very nice and is aggravating to deal with when trying to secure vendors. Jen's straight forward, honest, open way of doing business restored my faith in humanity!
