Their official hours are "8 to 5." They told me over the phone the same day that they were "open until 5." I went there straight after work and arrived by 4:45, however the auction house gates were already closed and locked.
The sign on the road is a rather small sign hidden among larger billboards. Once you arrive, there is no signage directing you where to go. I went to one of their other buildings first, also no signs, to find that out. They didn't seem to be bothered that the auction house folks had left early after telling a potential customer over the phone that he could come in after work before 5.
I just want to turn in the paperwork so I can get approved to bid. If you don't want my money, well okay, message received, loud and clear.
When I previously asked about the cars they were auctioning (make, model, year, mileage) that they had advertised in the paper, they said they didn't have that info. What gives? Luckily I was able to get the information from the owner.
If their product is as good as their attitude toward customer service, I'd say steer clear. read more
