The person sent to my home to look at the repair was out of Lubbock and actually told me this was the worst fence he had seen from his company. I was then sent an estimate of $1400 to repair and replace some of the pickets. The fence cost $2700 to begin with. I had another contractor come over who is known for fencing and he said the only repair to the fence that needed to be made was to re-nail each picket with the right nails. Allstate fencing had put up a fence using the wrong nails to begin with and then in less then 3 years later wanted to charge me for repairs that should have never been needed to begin with. It costs me $250 to re nail using nails with gripper tips If Allstate fencing does not honor their work, then run don't walk away from the company. I would not recommend them to anyone wanting a brad new fence

Very apologetic is the best I can say for these folks. They promised our custom swinging gates…read morewould be installed within two weeks. A month later, they delivered two gates that looked like they had been manufactured by a 12-year-old. All measurements were wrong, and worse, irregular, with vertical bars spaced unevenly and at slants so that some where 4" apart at the top and 8" apart at the bottom. Also, the materials were wrong, and the gate arch, which was supposed to be a single low bell curve meeting at the gate opening, was instead two bell curves, one per gate. The fabrication was horrible overall, sloppy would be too generous a description. When I refused the gates and pointed out all that was wrong, they apologized, saying they had used a recommended fabricator (the blame game began here). That was a Monday. They then promised they would have the gates completely rebuilt by a different fabricator, this time to spec, and have them installed by Friday, or possibly Saturday at latest. The following Tuesday (eight days later), I called to ask where my gates were. They were almost finished, I was told, and they would be delivered the next day, Wednesday, and installed then. At 11:11 a.m. Wednesday, they texted me to say they were outside. I went out to look a the gates. They appeared to be the exact same gates with the metal pickets disconnected and re-welded in a nearer to spec fashion, but the top arches were still wrong. It had now been over a month, and they still were simply apologizing (again) for t he poor quality re-fabrication. I told them to place a refund check for my $5410.00 (1/2 the total) down payment in my hand and take their gates and leave. They did. The refund (assuming their check doesn't bounce) is the only thing I can say they did promptly. If there were a NO STARS option, I would pick it. Use these newcomers to the industry at your own risk. They are awful.

I would give this company negative stars if I could!…read more Awful and VERY EXPENSIVE experience. I signed a contract with this company on March 22 of this year to pour some concrete for me and build a shed around my pool equipment. I wrote them a check for half of the total cost up front. The job was supposed to be complete by March 31st. I was told on March 31st that they were going to start that afternoon. They came out for about 2 hours to start removing grass. I did not see them again for another 2 weeks. On April 18th, I asked when they were going to be finished and was told it would be another 2 weeks. They came out one day for about 4 hours and finished removing grass and dirt and placed some of the forms and left the rest of the 2x4's in my driveway for over a week. On May 1st, I reminded Steve (owner) that he his 2 weeks had come and gone. He ignored my text. On May 8th, I reminded him that he still had a job to do and that he had been paid $3,600 in advance. He said he would be out "one day this week." On May 9th I text him to inform him that his guys were not at my house. They came out on May 10th and finally placed the remaining forms and capped my sprinkler heads. On May 12th he sent out a guy with a small dirt mover to remove the dirt and grass that they had dug up. That guy decided to run over my sprinkler valve box, which severed all the water lines coming in from the water well and flooded the backyard. I was forced to turn off the water well until this issue got fixed. I informed him that I had 40 pallets of sod being installed the next day and he needed to fix the valves. He sent a guy out around 6:00 PM to "fix" the valves. Come to find out, his guy just filled the hole with dirt. I had to pay the landscaper installing the sod to fix the valves the next morning. Long story, short: Steve has blocked my number, blocked my wife's number and has no intention of finishing the job he was paid for or refunding the $2,100 he has been paid for work not completed. His quote to install the forms and prep for concrete was $1,500. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and am contacting the local DA today. IF you are in the market for a fence or concrete work, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
