When I regained consciousness, I was diagnosed with a concussion, broken arm and a herniated disc in my spine. One of my friends had hired attorney Ryan Thompson after a motorcycle wreck and was very happy with the service, responsiveness, and settlement he received. He suggested that I call Thompson Law for my car accident injuries, and it was definitely great advice. I was able to sign up with them electronically on my smart phone the first time I called. They helped me find neurology and orthopedic specialists to treat my brain injury, back injury, and broken bones in my arm, which unfortunately ended up requiring surgery. The attorney did all of the negotiating with the insurance companies for me. In the end, I got a much better settlement than I ever expected. I don't plan on getting injured in an accident again nor requiring the services of a personal injury lawyer, but I'm keeping the Lion Law number in my phone just in case. One other thing: the building is a little hard to see until you're almost upon it. It's just south of Sun Valley Drive off the access road. I missed it twice even when using Google Maps to get there. Almost everything is handled by non-lawyer employees. Insurance companies know that, they make way-low offers, which are almost always taken. Two friends were injured in a classic wreck, they had the green light, middle of the intersection, a driver on his phone plowed through, hitting the Right-Side Door. Car video caught it all. One of the injuries was unusual, the passenger's hearing was dramatically affected. I called a couple retired PI lawyers I respected, described the case; after two of them suggested Marc Lenahan, I quit and called Mark. He has a reputation in the legal community of taking cases with unique injuries and pursing them vigorously. The clients were amazed: he called and talked with them for over an hour, explained how he practiced, their options to choose other counsel, talked about their damages, "If you do want to hire me, here's my address, call and make an appointment." Hired them for a probate case initially and within a month or so we were involved in an accident where the other driver was at fault so we added that item as well. The two stars is only because their fee for the probate was reasonable. Communication was an ongoing problem, document error corrections had to be made multiple times and documents with errors had to be re-filed with the court. This was not an experience I expected to have from a legal professional. As clients we, in my opinion, were treated poorly and when made aware of problems, the main Partner never responded to see if/how he could help.

My divorce took 22 months to finalize and in the 20+ months The Hyde Firm worked my divorce, they never filed a single response on my behalf, to any petition from the opposing counsel. They were completely unresponsive to my emails, voice messages, texts, etc.. At one point they sent confidential information to the opposing counsel during discovery, which was for their eyes only. When I closed out my business with them, they sent me another clients information mixed into my legal files.......what a disaster. I ended up retaining Koons Fuller Law Firm and they finalized my divorce in five weeks. Wow, what a difference! As for the business side, I had contracts submitted to this firm that never got reviewed or had any feedback provided from a legal perspective. Months after the non responsiveness, I just stopped sending them items for the business altogether. This is just a small snippet of issues, I could go on. Hopefully nobody goes through what I did.
