If you want honest professionals to perform top quality plumbing, heating, and air conditioning…read morework at a fair price, Adam Coppola is the one to call. Shawn, Coppola's head mechanic, went out of his way to ensure everything went smoothly. When Shawn found an AC coil their supplier had sent was not as specified, Adam jumped in, immediately got on the horn with the supplier and then had Tim, Coppola's supervisor, arrive with the replacement the next day and install it himself. Tim then went over the entire installation from top to bottom, tweaking it to provide optimal performance. It can be clearly seen that Adam takes great pride in ensuring that a quality job is done, personally training each of his crews.

He said he was down the road paving a driveway and he was going to have some left over paving materials and he could resurface about half of my driveway at a great rate. My driveway was already paved so this would merely be asphalt applied upon the pre-existing surface. He offered me increasingly lower prices per foot which I would not agree to. I told him I would only negotiate on a final price. He then offered to do about half of my driveway for $6,000, I scoffed and he lowered the offer to $5,000. I accepted his offer and his crew quickly showed up. I would discover later, THIS WAS LIE #1. Before finishing up the agreed labor, Rick reappeared saying he would have more material available, enough to resurface the entire driveway. I said fine as long as he took care of me on the final price. Already agreeing to about half the area at $5K, I assumed the final total would be $10K-$12K. This was my mistake not pinning him down on the final amount but having already agreed on nearly half of the area, I thought the other side of the driveway should be close to the same price per area. Upon finishing the task, Rick broke out his measuring wheel and calculated my total - $15,985. I cut a check for this precise amount. Rick gave me a receipt for $15,900. This would lead to LIE #2. When I later called Rick to discuss the difference in my check and his receipt, he said he would return to my house and pay me the difference. When he came to my house he did, in fact, not pay me the difference. During this return visit, Rick could sense my frustration with the dishonesty and manipulation that took place. This led to LIE #3. Rick told me, "Don't worry, I've already put you on the schedule for a sealcoating in October." He was proud enough to declare, "that would usually run between 800-900 dollars." Having not heard from Rick by September, I started calling him to nail down the exact date of their seal coating visit. Frequently, the voice mailbox was full but I was able to leave several messages. Still, no reply.

Frank identified many problems with the drawings and found Major unidentified problems in the building the Engineers failed to find before they drew the plans. One problem was a 4" back pitched waste pipe. In an other, Frank made a simple phone call to UGI and found out that the engineer, who draw up the plans, had called for more Natural Gas to supply the HVAC systems than UGI Had at the street. We had to redraw the plans. Frank and John both helped get this job done. And a job well done! Many THANKS to Frank Toth Pluming & Heating. Jim H.

No thanks, if the brand new plumbing you put in doesn't work it's your job to make it work for the original price. He completely ignored me from then on. Also he didn't pay any attention at all when I told him where I wanted my shower base installed, had to change my plans because he just jammed it as close to the wall as he possibly could. Also when the water pressure was turned back on, one of the pipe fittings blew open, at least they came back to fix that. Also installed my toilet 2" off the wall, I've never seen one not up against the wall, but now I get to see that every day.
