My one feedback and note would be to mention that visitors do have the option to "try-on" jewelry if they are torn between sizes or colors of jewelry because I think some newcomers wouldn't be aware they could do that if it's not mentioned. My friend asked to try a couple of jewel sizes and that was really helpful with decision making. (By try-on, you are just holding the jewelry piece up to yourself and checking yourself out in the mirror :P ) They offer titanium and gold jewelry here. Many beautiful pieces. They also sell saline spray (for $15 if I remember correctly) which I picked up since I was traveling and will be traveling again. Lacy pierced me and she was soooo amazing! She was really through with her explanations and I felt very comfortable with her. Everything went so smoothly and it was mostly painless - only a pinch in the process but no discomfort after the jewelry was already in. My friends and I left with super cute nostril piercings! When leaving, i was asked for my information & to enroll in ur $5 off coupon which was at 8:16pm on 4/11/26. almost exactly two hours, not sure which manager looked into that but i did not randomly chose that number. Consultation - Tabitha asked via phone if i was given the option or made aware of threadless vs threaded jewelry, i was not nor was I given the option between the two. (Im assuming since you guys only carry threadless anyways.) Lacy said the piercings could get expensive when downsizing multiple sizes & when custom jewelry becomes a thing (she gave me an example of hers that have a wide flat back) which i understood. I was never told the jewelry on hand would be so flimsy or else i would have left with a spare set. or why wouldnt that be offered if its a known thing that theyre just going to break soon after? "our management team has reached out multiple times" - Tabitha called me on 4/20/26 at 2:03pm post yelp review & asking me to elaborate which i did. she apologized & said she would investigate & immediately followed up asking if i could "take down the yelp review" I initially agreed but im so glad i didnt. All that was asked of me was to pick a date & time & she will have someone replace the jewelry that broke at the el monte location but she would have to call me back & let me know if there was someone at that location who COULD do it & that she would call back. when she called back at 2:38pm 4/20/26 she stated ordering a threaded set would take 6-8 weeks & that she will order my downsize. we agreed on that solution & hungup. Then 4/28/26 Tabitha texts me & there was no solution so we could agree on so thanked her & left it at that (screenshots attached as well) "waived fees" - crazy cause you guys swear this is something special. when i get my nails done & one breaks theyre quick to fix it FOR FREE & not keep reminding me that breakage could happen nor badgering me that IM at fault for it/knew the risks. Theres no fee to waive if i want to put the jewelry in my own face for free which you guys denied me of because u didnt want to mail them to me. "we offered appointments at our other locations with free parking lots" - text attached of Tabithas convo but she definitely stated STREET parking, exactly how the LA location is so.. not sure where the "Convenience & Options" were. sorry it came to this Leo, maybe ask both sides next time instead of just listening to one.

It's on the healing stage, but you can tell that the corner line differs and there is a smudged area on both tattoos. For both these it was $240 total and done by Chris. He explained the process and aftercare which made getting a tattoo seamless and less daunting. I was on the fence about getting a tattoo but my friend said if he got one I would have to get one too. I decided to get a runner with an ekg as I thought it was fitting for me. I wanted something small for my first tattoo and easily to keep hidden from my mom (sorry mom). He asked me to send him a picture of what I wanted and scheduled an appointment for Monday at 11am. Once Monday came I walked over and signed the consent form. He then printed out the tattoo and placed the outline on my chest and asked me if it was where I wanted it. Being a tattoo noob I trusted his judgement. After letting the outline dry I laid down and he began working on the piece. He said since it was a small tattoo and mainly lines there shouldn't be much pain and the healing process wouldn't be as long. It took about 30 mins to finish up the tattoo and the quality came out amazing. There was no pain at all and he went over the aftercare as well. I showed Sam this other tattoo I wanted and he said he would be able to do that as well. He says his art style is realism and anime so I can't wait to get more work done by him. He has been tattooing for 2 years now along with his apprenticeship. He told me to message him when I'm ready for my next piece. Maybe this tattoo thing is an addiction and will keep you coming back for more.

Vibe=check! Quality=check! I already had a full sleeve and many other tattoos but I wanted some work done by a woman artist so I came here and worked with Angel aka Baha. I have now been back many times and have even brought my sister and son to get work done. I've had finger tattoos done by her and even came back in once they were healed for a quick little touch up because I knew that finger tattoos can be tricky. They were exactly as I wanted. My son and I came in for matching ghost tattoos and they are identical and we left very very happy. Most recently I came in for a couple butterflies to cover up some small scars and the sizing and the design were absolutely perfect. I couldn't be more happy with the service and the shop itself is absolutely amazing and beautiful. Additionally I had a naval piercing from a long time ago and I was asking about jewelry that might fit or work with what I currently had and Angel helped pick the perfect piece. Just left the shop and had an amazing experience! I originally went in for one tattoo, but John was so accommodating -- he ended up doing three tattoos for me in less than 30 minutes. And they all look perfect! Even though he was the only one working and it was pretty busy, he was incredibly attentive, kind, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I met this gentleman while on a dog walk- number one he treated me very very kindly. Number two I have never had a piercing before other than my belly button when I was thin and not even 17. After a lovely conversation, I just had to go through with a piercing, and it was an absolute pleasure of an experience. Went 3 weeks ago and had issues with my tattoo, that artist named Ben said if I have any issues I can reach out. I did and his answer was he has better things to do than dealing with me right now. No words. It was weird right away when I came, he started tattooing me then his boyfriend came they were making out for minutes till he sat back down to finish my tattoo. Overall the quality of work from the artist I got was decent and the work I saw from other artist was good too but not as great as it could be. The binders needed more clarity and better choices. If an artist says they will be there that should be the professional thing they do. I'd probably go back for a small tattoo but other than that I hope they keep these much needed improvements in mind to provide better experiences.

The whole experience was lovely. I was a little nervous given my first time, but she was so friendly, listened to what I wanted, and also very patient. I couldn't be happier with the two tattoos! They're perfect and just what I wanted. I can't wait to go back. The studio is also super clean and neat, which adds to the overall experience. Thank you, Cha!

I had been thinking about covering up a tattoo on my chest for about a decade and decided to come…read morein and finally do it. I was greeted by Sam(my name is also Sam) I had a traditional heart in mind, and she was very nice and got Joel who she thought might be an artist that would fit better. When I came back the next day the design was a lot bigger and bolder than I wanted. Joel was very accommodating after setting an appointment and had no problem completely redesigning the tattoo. I decided to go in a completely different direction and the redesign is fantastic! It covers and blends the old tattoo and makes it possible for me to have a cohesive chest piece. I felt comfortable through the whole process, and look forward to fully retrofitting my chest. These pictures are 6 days after the tattoo and it's just about fully head. Thanks Joel!

My Yelp messages were always answered quickly. Michael, who did my piercings, was super nice and professional. I typically never go to any kind of place that has zero reviews, but I am super glad that I tried it out. Definitely recommend. I got third lobe piercings on both ears. At my request, Michael patiently showed me a bunch of different placements to make sure I was happy and felt like it was perfect. He was very professional and sweet, and obviously really enjoys his work. I appreciated that he didn't try to upsell me a bunch of BS aftercare stuff. Their jewelry selection is great, and I was stoked to be able to browse everything beforehand on the website. Michael also changed out my tragus hoop, which I literally never have since I got it nearly 20 years ago, and it was a breeze for him. They obviously do tattoos, and everything looked really clean and I saw some beautiful designs. They are right next to public parking. Since it took less than an hour, it was free for me! Oh, and they actually didn't even ask me to write a review or anything, which made me wanna do it even more.

I can sense already that she was prepared and ready for the service beforehand because I was nervous and she made me feel safe and comfortable. She made sure by checking off my health, my skin texture, how it would feel and look; just genuine care for my well being all the while executing the piece I wanted. She is an amazing artist. She cared about how it would look, how I would feel, recommending the best aftercare instructions. She genuinely wanted to make sure I loved the piece by giving her all. Thank you so soooo much!!! I I had my tragus and rook pierced by Cindy. When my tragus piercing became embedded and I could no longer see the jewelry, I made an appointment with her because I assumed the piercer who performed the piercing would be the best person to help. At that appointment, she told me I needed to see a doctor. I followed her advice and went to a physician, who prescribed antibiotics and was able to expose the jewelry again. However, he explained that he did not have the specialized tools needed to remove the piercing and advised me to have it removed by a professional piercer as soon as possible to avoid further complications. I attempted to contact Cindy multiple times and then went to her studio in person. I explained that I was not asking her to take responsibility for the infection or provide medical treatment. I simply wanted the jewelry removed. I was even willing to pay for the service and sign a waiver if necessary. Unfortunately, the conversation became frustrating because I felt she was focused on explaining that she was not responsible for the infection rather than addressing my request for jewelry removal. Whether or not she believed she was responsible was never my concern. I was simply looking for assistance with a piercing she had originally performed. What frustrated me most was what happened after I left. Cindy called me and repeatedly told me that I needed to listen to her and that she was no longer responsible because I had changed the jewelry elsewhere and had not properly cared for the piercing. I explained multiple times that I was not asking her to take responsibility for the infection. I was simply asking whether she could remove the jewelry after a doctor told me that a piercer was the appropriate person to do so. The conversation kept returning to liability and responsibility rather than the actual request I was making. I was even willing to sign a waiver and pay for the service if that was what she required. However, the bottom line was that she would not help. What makes this experience particularly disappointing is that I contacted another piercing studio immediately afterward. Despite having never pierced me before, they told me to come in right away, removed the jewelry without issue, and did not charge me. Shoutout Oak and Poppy in Weho!! The difference in customer service, compassion, and willingness to help was night and day. I understand that piercers have limits on what they can do and that medical issues sometimes require a doctor's involvement. However, I expected better customer service, clearer communication, and a greater willingness to help in a situation involving a piercing she originally performed. Based on my experience, I would not return.
