I received a call confirming the appointment and it was for a cleaning I had to correct the appointment. I explained that I was under the care of a Cardiologist and I about to have heart surgery. They told me that they would reach out to get a confirmation approval. I had a appointment @7:30 on 09/15/2026 when I arrived they made X-rays I was shown the tooth was infected and needed to be removed. I was then told they had not received the approval from the Cardiologist and they would have to wait and handed me a prescription for antibiotics nothing for the pain because they had not performed the extraction. I left drove to the Cardiologist office and I was told they had not received any correspondence from the Dentist office. I do not recommend using this place of business.

Even though they were packed and busy, they got me in and out quickly. Dr. Baggett listened to my issues and gave me antibiotics and pain meds until I have my root canal next Wednesday.
