The room is not too Big/not too small, nicely decorated. Feels like home. Veggie-friendly. We highly recommend the Fondant au chocolat Chocolate cake! Yummy.

Les deux tours qui veillent sur l'entrée, la tour Saint Nicolas et la tour de la Chaîne, témoignent de ces temps troublés où l'on craignait les attaques ennemies. Aujourd'hui le port est devenu un port de plaisance autour duquel les Rochelais viennent se promener.

Good decision My son and I had the set menu hot goat cheese on a bed of really good salad follwed by confit de canard with amazing saute new potatoes and either cheese or a dessert for 13 euros, my wife went for a savory crumble of chicken and peppers . all great ,freshly cooked and well presented. Good choice of very reasonably priced wines, a great ambience and warm friendly service . A definite will go again
