Our host was lovely and served us delicious coffee and snacks. We lounged and enjoyed the ambiance for 20 minutes before we had to head to our gate. The lounge itself was also much smaller than I expected, and the service--especially toward the back of the lounge--was pretty nonexistent. We actually already had access to the American Airlines lounge but decided to pay extra for The Grand Lounge because we thought it would be a better experience. Unfortunately, I regret spending the extra money. If you do decide to come here, double-check exactly which lounge you're booking. Apparently, the space-themed lounge/area needs to be reserved in advance, otherwise you may end up in the regular lounge toward the back like we did. Overall, the experience was extremely underwhelming for something we specifically paid to upgrade to. Save your money and choose a different lounge.

While trendy, it did come off as a little cheesy. Nonetheless, decor did reflect the vibe it was going for. There was limited seating, so if you have a large party would recommend going there early if you have a big party. Later in the night, there is a DJ who plays techno/dance music tends to draw in large crowds of people. Brings in a mixed crowd. Service: Service at the beginning of the night was good, although servers were less attentive as the night got later and more people were entering the bar.
