My husband loves his beer and had discovered the local microbrew, petit caribou. He had a few pints while I worked my way through a few glasses of the house white. I had a mixed salad as an appetizer. The dressing was light and tangy. My husband ordered the lamb abs was in heaven. I had the salmon in a cream sauce. Delightful and such flavour.
