This might be one of my new favorite spots to grab a coffee and pastry.
Have not tried their food, so this review is based only on morning coffee and pastries!
1) Great pastries
If they haven't sold out, they stock my favorite two pastries, ciambelle (sugar donut) & bomboloni (cream filled donut). After asking who made these divine goodies... we were told they were from Tarragona (my all-time favorite pastry shop in Alghero). They sell these for 1.00€ each, which is cheaper than buying them directly from Tarragona. Get there early to make sure you can get one!
2) Inexpensive Prices
Regular espresso coffee is 1.00€, and no extra add-on fee for sitting down.
3) Friendly service
The service was super friendly and the woman serving us even emembered us several days later when we returned.
4) Central Location
Two minutes from the historic center and just around the corner from the Port of Alghero, it's easy to reach on foot.
5) Cute decor
Their is an outdoor area with seats and umbrellas, although it faces a busy street, it's nice to have the option to sit outside. The inside interior is decroated in a vintage stylel, modern with chalkboard menus on the wall. read more
