went here for breakfast, it was fine. the chicken and fontina sandwich they had tasted like the chicken was frozen and then heated up and the fontina was not very well distributed so it was a bit dull, but the salmon sandwich seemed to be a lot better according to my friends who got that instead. espresso was good and it was only about 21 euro for three people to get breakfast here so pretty fair prices. the chocolate croissant was ok but it would have been better if the chocolate was more evenly distributed throughout the croissant instead of just all in the middle so you only get like two bites with chocolate and the rest is just a plain croissant with a subtle orange flavor. the waitress was nice and talked us through the menu in english. they seem to have a lot of stuff on their menu that they don't actually have available but maybe that was just because we were there for breakfast. the patio seating was nice but I could see it not being great if the sidewalk is particularly busy. overall though this was an ok spot to get breakfast in Genoa on a budget and it doesn't look like there is a table charge/cover which is a perk. read more
