We stopped in to Cafeto 144 before making our way to the ceiba ferry terminal. We were greeted so warmly by the business owner upon our arrival. I got a hot latte with a guava and cheese muffin. My fiancé ordered an iced latte and a corn muffin. She let us know she'd bring our order out to us and to sit and enjoy the outdoor patio. The coffees itself were delicious and so were the muffins! You could tell the owner takes pride in what she does. The outdoor patio was also so clean and relaxing. Perfect way to start our day or anyone's day if they too are looking for a quick bite to eat before their ferry ride! read more

Stopped in for an iced latte before heading into the rainforest. Super cute shop with great coffee. Lovely lady running the place.

So this place is extremely small and at the base of a mountain but hey when you want coffee you'll do anything to get it. They don't have much of a menu but if your looking for a little go go juice this place will do the trick. There was only one guy working the counter and even though he was busy he was still friendly. I love small places like this where you can really feel the quality of the product. I wish they had more to eat but it was completely fine. read more

Excellent experience! Top quality coffee, excellent staff, and tons of cool merch. I got an espresso and it was delicious. Their pastries are excellent as well. Quite frankly, it's the best thing I've done in Ceiba so far. Also, the shop has an Etsy store too. I'm gonna buy some merch when I'm back home so I don't have to worry about traveling with it. It's a tranquil atmosphere, AND there were cats. Next time I'm here, it'll be Cafeto 144 again! read more

We found a gem in Ceiba! This woman-owned business is a must stop! We had the Ceiba sandwich, Calle San Miguel sandwich, decaf coffee, latte, americano and Chai (which my family thought it was the best they had)! Plus Lilly the owner is just a joy to meet. Best coffee shop on the island as far as I'm concerned. Absolutely lovely decor and vibe with the warmest and friendliest owner - such a sweet lady. We had the latte and americano with oat milk - both outstanding. So good I had to order a second americano. The Lauro Pinero Ave sandwich (add an egg) was absolutely delicious. Cute little coffee shop close to the ferry to Vieques. I stopped in while waiting for the ferry and enjoyed the very nice outdoor seating area. I ordered an oat milk cappuccino and they did have some pastries in the case. Parking was very easy out front off the main road while the coffee shop was enclosed in a little garden area that kept the noise down. I highly recommend stopping into this little business. read more

My wife and I came here before going to Culebra for the day. Had a coffee latte, iced coffee, pumpkin and cheese cake. All top notch and way better than Starbucks! Try this place. Best coffee we've had in our Puerto Rico trip. We are staying in Conquistador where food is great, unfortunately, their coffee sucks. We decided to make the 15 min trip to Ceiba for some good coffee. What a pleasant surprise. They make some killer Espresso drinks using local Puerto Rican beans. Their sandwiches and desserts are also really good. If you're staying in Fajardo, and have a car, it's worth the drive for some amazing coffee. We'll be back every day while we're here. read more

Pros: nicely air conditioned, decent coffee, adequate seating outside... Unfortunately, coffee that is served cold...both in temperature and disposition....kinda kills the vibe one looks for in a good coffeehouse. When will these businesses learn that friendliness and a welcoming attitude are just as important as your decor and the drinks you serve. Will not be going back.... *Although I appreciate the offer for a free cup of coffee, and yes, the inside in nice....but the response from the owner does accurately reflect the exact attitude I described in my review. How about a simple "sorry about that, we will do better next time"???? Instead you assume I was on my phone so you can blame it on me? Actually I drank it the moment it was brought. I didn't ask for another because the woman went outside to sit with her friend. When people really care about customer service, it shows and is noticed. Beautiful coffee shop in the heart of Ceiba with inner and outer seating. It's a small and cozy place, excellent for solo travelers or couples. (Families of 3 or more might be a bit tight inside) I appreciated the fact that alternative milk was available (coconut milk). The staff and owners were very nice. I did not order the pizza but the person sitting next to me did -it looked amazing! I love how they're setting the example by maintaining the sidewalks clean and the green areas well maintained. Great place to stop for some gourmet coffee cravings and grab a quick bite to eat. I will come back for more coffee!!! read more
