For mains we had the Braised Short Rib Lumache and the Chicken Parmesan ($28.50). The short rib was delicious, prepared more in a ragu style with the meat shredded throughout the pasta. The flavor was outstanding, though personally I'd have preferred bigger, more substantial pieces of short rib rather than the ragu style presentation. Still a great dish overall. The Chicken Parmesan, though, is where this meal really shined -- one of the best chicken parms in the city. Juicy on the inside, perfectly crispy on the outside, and smothered in a rich marinara with melted cheese. This dish alone is worth coming back for. The service was outstanding -- every single person we interacted with was knowledgeable, attentive, and a genuine pleasure to deal with. The environment is welcoming and well designed, and they seated our party of 6 with ease, no hassle at all. Prices are on the higher side, but you genuinely get what you pay for here -- the quality, portion sizes, and overall execution justify the cost.
