All plates seem to be priced the same, including plates with nothing but wasabi and ginger, so choose with care. A lot of the sushi is salmon, or fried shrimp, or almost crab. And the eel sauce has a smokey flavor. In line with supply and local flavor preferences. The wasabi is creamy and really now very spicy. Thai sweet chili dipping sauce and soy sauce are the only things provided gratis. Nice big cups of tap water.
