This place has two conveyer belts next to the tables, and…read moreyou pick what you want from hot (mostly fried plus small servings of noodles or curries) and cold (sushi and a few deserts). All plates seem to be priced the same, including plates with nothing but wasabi and ginger, so choose with care.
A lot of the sushi is salmon, or fried shrimp, or almost crab. And the eel sauce has a smokey flavor. In line with supply and local flavor preferences. The wasabi is creamy and really now very spicy. Thai sweet chili dipping sauce and soy sauce are the only things provided gratis. Nice big cups of tap water.
When done you go to the front to pay while the collect and count your trays.
