A charming find in rural France - a little village restaurant serving the most fantastic fresh and tasty fish and chips (choice of cod or haddock and a large or regular sized piece of fish). The batter is wonderfully light and crisp with hot chunky chips. To accompany there is mushy peas or a house speciality of a petit pois fritter. There's plenty of other choices too - burger, scampi, calimari, chicken nuggets and a veggie option of falafel. And accompaniments of curry sauce or tartare sauce (homemade), picked onions etc. And it's licensed too - for wines & beers. There's always the takeaway option if you are passing through or camping.....
And if you want (though you really are unlikely to need) extra chips, then you only have to ask and they are provided at no extra cost.
It's a sparklingly clean establishment which has an immaculate toilet available to customers. Prices are very reasonable and service is quick and polite.
