Great local cuisine, extensive wine list, charming atmosphere, great service, and more offerings of local Cognac than you can shake a stick at. Everything they have will make you happy you went there. Reasonable prices too. I had hot oysters with seared salmon in a beurre blanc for an appetizer and escargot with chorizo in pasta for a main dish, Mimsy and I split a bottle of local Colombard, and some local cognac after.
