Helpful staff, and a genuinely lovely little tea room and cafe at the back. My toastie was great- and a really lovely hot chocolate! The baileys rocky road was fab, and I did take a slice of cake home too. My friend really enjoyed her tea and soup, and the server was so genuinely lovely, and you could see he was really friendly with familiar locals too.

This is quite a up market posh tea room in bridgnorth low town it may be a little hard to get to in…read morea car as there is no large car park near it but there is one not to far away and as it is in low town there is no big hills etc to climb up. Its also very close to the river so in the summer you are able to sit outside and enjoy the view of the river and the bridge and enjoy a light lunch or coffee etc.prices are a little high but staff give you 100 % and are always very smartly dressed and friendly.

I have put this in the teashops category for a reason; tucked away at the back of the ancient town…read morehall (they use a new one for council affairs now) is a lovely place for a proper pot of tea that is so reasonably priced - plus you get to choose a couple of free biscuits too. Its an undiscovered gem - most tourists miss the entrance as they walk past, so don't make that mistake - go up the stairs and spend a very pleasant hour away from the hustle and bustle of the street below. Sit, chat and study the stained glass windows and the ancient pictures in this room. The people that serve you are so friendly that they must be volunteers. The town hall is easy to find as its in the middle of the high street - literally! The traffic has to flow either side of it. The place itself is great to walk around before or after you tea as it used to be the court and you can sit in the judges chair! Please visit - its lovely and the money you spend helps the upkeep of the place. There are also lots of leaflets (some free) and books you can purchase about the local area and the town of Bridgnorth.

Food includes pasta dishes, soups, salads most are served with a big chuck of crusty bread which is delicious. The portion sizes are generous and itts good value for money. They also serve a selection of gorgeous cakes which I can never resist. Staff are friendly although the last couple of times I've been in the service has been really slow despite the place being empty. The decor is fresh and modern yet cosy and homely and it now has a lovely conservatory area

Needing somewhere to have lunch, this seemed the perfect place, the main area has magnificent views over the valley, whilst the area we sat in, had a variety of seating and was a cool escape from the midday sun. Menu wise, quite comprehensive, hot and cold drinks including hot chocolates, coffees, J2Os etc. The food menu had a good selection of homemade cakes, hot and cold sandwiches, jacket potatoes, salads and pasta, including vegan, vegetarian and gluten free dishes. We opted for one of soup of the day, and one broccoli and mushroom quiche. The homemade quiche was rich and flavoursome and accompanied by a fresh salad and coleslaw, a great lunch. My wife's soup was equally tasty, spiced cauliflower and sweet potato, very wholesome. As a chance find, the Cinnamon was an impressive place we would return to, next time we're in Bridgnorth.
