For my visit the the course were; local fish sashimi with a light dipping sauce and cup of seafood consume, a bowl of clear broth soup with fish, an incredibly rich pork taco, the main course and then a dessert which had the taste and texture of homemade ice cream and flan. All were in credible. The beverage selection is a modest mix of local and import wines. We had a local which was suggested by our server and it was a very nice complete to our meal. For pre and post dinner beverages, the selection is equally as good. If you are in Veracruz and you are looking for a proper meal made from a masterful chef, Dos is a must visit.
