They have all the time in the world to sit down and talk over coffee, so I'm glad to see a take out shop so close to the Cathedral. With spring/summer and the hoards of tourists who want take out coffee on their way, this tiny spot is a diamond in the rough. With only 3 months under their belts in this cute 'hole in the wall', you'd be lucky to get more than 5 people standing inside; it's very intimate and staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell. With careful precision, coffee is weighed out for the perfect cup, and with fair prices and great tasting coffee, Ratiños should stick around. Definitely check it out!

Guillermo, the owner, was very inviting and helpful with descriptions of the spectacular (looking and tasting) desserts. The mochaccino had an excellent presentation and was equally satisfying. We tried three desserts: two of the Napoleon offerings, and the exquisite one that was topped with raspberries - my favourite of the bunch. We went here more than once just to experience their changing menu of the day. You can't do wrong here. The food is great. The drinks are great. And the atmosphere and the waiters are deeply friendly. Plus, if you're a vegetarian or you've missed well-prepared veggies while on the Camino, their vegetable options were a welcomed treat. It might be a bit on the pricier than what you're used to paying on the Camino, but let's be honest you've earned it! Buen Camino!

The coffee club, as its name States, it's not a club but they are very passionate about coffee, with a very extensive menu and where you can enjoy your coffee infused or filtered. When I am in town I normally drop by for my morning fix and a freshly made croissant. Additionally, you can also buy coffee to take home, either the grounded or the full beans. The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable and can assist you making your choice.
