But a limited selection of snacks. A verity of bottled soft drinks. The burgers were formed into patties and cooked to order. They were about as good as a burger as I've had in a long time. A true backyard burger. I tried to eat it all. It was too much. 2 burgers $15. Cooler full of beer? Priceless.

I am an over-the-road trucker and struggle to find parking if it's after 7:00 PM. I found this using one of my trucking apps as a potential parking location that accepts overnight parking. I got here and found a large parking area, easy to pull into, and not another semi in sight. I woke up to an open restaurant with a few customers inside. Upon entering, a friendly woman welcomed me into a meticulously clean diner. Pictured is a loaded omelet with ham, Hashbrowns, and coffee. Stop here if you are passing through. You won't be disappointed in the food, and their pleasant nature will get your day going in the right direction.

Note, that the corn bread is delicious, it's moist and flavorful. The chili was tasty, no beans with plenty of meat. Added chopped red onions and jalapeños made it savory. We also had the cheeseburger on cornbread and it was also delicious. Had side salads that were basic, but the broccoli salad, which resembles a Cole slaw was excellent. The pies we had were delicious too, key lime, peanut butter pie, and pecan pie. Those we took home because we were full from our entrees. Prices were a bit high, but the quality of the food and the service provided made the prices reasonable.

The biggest difference is you feel like you're walking into a convenience store not a place where if you don't have a gun or a knife they hand you one. There is a "casino" attached to the location and a sit down pizza place inside as well. Their snack selection is minimal and what is there is pretty sparse. They could use some stock. The drink selection is slight as well but at least it was well stocked. Over all it is a much better choice then several other dumps around, but the level of better just gets it to par.
