Love the location and love the bar itself. Looks really cool and a great place to have a few…read moredrinks. Also like how they have breakfast, brilliant place to sit and work. The drinks are a bit mediocre, though. They seem to be more of an afterthought. Staff in general are polite. One barman, however, was really rude. We asked if he could make a White Russian (during the day, I would never ask if it were super busy). He then acted like we'd shot his dog. After we finished our drinks and paid, he actually called us over and started scolding us like naughty children. He said we could only order the drinks on the menu. That's fair enough but the way he did it was incredibly patronizing and rude. We were only asking a question. Don't think he works there anymore, thank God. Other than that, one of my favorite bars in Bonn.

I absolutely love this coffee cart. A bunch of students and I are studying abroad from the United…read moreStates and we often like to stop here to grab a quick cup to go before class. The ladies behind the counter are always very friendly and welcoming and helpful towards us even though we don't know the language. (We try our best to learn and speak German) Anyway the coffee here is my favorite coffee in all of Bonn. I always ask for some vanilla in my latte and she tops it's off with the heart shaped cinnamon. Its nice to grab a cup here and sit in the Hofgarten for a while or take it with you to class like I do. Definitely recommend and will be going back often during my time abroad.

This cafe had a great al fresco dining option, which we took advantage of between downpours…read more Service was so-so, but good enough. The pizza I shared was really good and very heavy on the garlic. The bread they gave us was phenomenal. I had a lot of bread on this trip, but this stuck out as one of the best I had. Easy to find, easy to eat and order here. I would recommend it for a quick or even a long lunch including drinks. They seemed to have a very impressive cocktail list here.

I will say that I like their brunch and it goes until 3pm on a Sunday…read more The service is okay, sometimes slow. For brunch, you can basically get a buffet. It can include croissants, bread rolls, bacon, cold meats, cheese, yoghurt, tomatoes and mozzarella, eggs and grilled vegetables. They tend to be a bit stingy with the grilled vegetables though and the breadrolls aren't the best. There's also too many of them. The rest of the food isn't nice, though. The flavor is weirdly inconsistent. Sometimes bland, sometimes too salty. They also do pastas and pizzas but so does almost everywhere else... Would definitely recommend the brunch. If you want tapas go somewhere else. If you want pizza, Calador is on the same street and much better.
