For an airport restaurant I find it as good or better than some of the restaurants in the city. Good selection of beer and wine along with the helpful staff keep me sane before flying. It was okay. We…read moreneeded lunch before a flight and Jamie's Italian was convenient to our F gate. We were seated in the primary restaurant seating area (versus the bar or deli seating). Noise level in this space is moderate. Our waiter was at our table right away with a warm greeting, menus and a request to take our beverage order. Two of us shared: - 750 ml bottle of Sparking Water - Rocket Salad - Ultimate Garlic Buns - Tagliatelle Bolognese Our water was delivered quickly and our food followed in about 10 minutes. The Ultimate Garlic Buns were tasty. The Rocket Salad was fine as well. The Tagliatelle was just okay. It was hard to eat with a fork and there could have been more of the bolognese sauce.

Ok, with the name Jamie Oliver come certain expectations. Same goes for food at airports. And…read moreexpectations are somewhat met... There's a nice bar area, a "fast food style" Deli and a real restaurant area. Being in an airport, everything is expensive, but compared to sandwiches offered nearby prices are competitive. And the Ambiance is nice. The quality is good, not great, but good. I got a slice of pizza and a salad at Jamie's Deli. Nothing to write home about though, nothing to complain about either. My only complaint is the single use bamboo "silverware" which is completely unsuitable for its purpose. My fork (!) broke while trying to hold the pizza for cutting with the bamboo knife. Airport security I guess, but still.

CONS: Quality-wise, it was not great, probably among the worst food I've had in a restaurant in Vienna. I had the Veal gulasch with nockerl (Kalbsrahmgulasch, Butternockerl, Schnittlauch) . The meat was extremely overcooked and dry on the inside, with little flavour. The sauce was okay & had some flavour, but nothing particularly tasty, interesting, or good. I would not recommend this dish to anyone who likes good food, but it's edible. 2 stars

It's absolutely delicious and delicate. I have heard of so many places fighting to win the best Sachertorte so it was really hard picking the right spot to decide who was going to win my first impression. I will say, I was underwhelmed by the cake itself but more than anything, the staff here. You're a tourist so it's for sure a place that they just want you in and out for. Which is cool. But the experience itself was a bit disappointing. They do have an array of different beautiful and delicious looking cakes and treats. For the Sachertorte, it did run a bit on the drier side which I wishhhh it had a bit more moisture. Just that little extra bit would've made it an unforgettable slice of cake, even if the experience wasn't what I had in mind. Great place to stop in for a sweet treat. I wasn't a fan of my macchiato but there are other things on the menu to enjoy, maybe a nice tea!

The staff was very kind to accommodate us 2 after having learned we arrived from Canada. It was very busy which was very pleasing to see so many people choose an all vegan restaurant. The inside vibe was a bit tight and tables a bit too close. We started off with a elderflower lemonade. Not too sweet which was good and very refreshing. The vegan Schnitzel was absolutely amazing. We wanted to taste typical Austrian foods and this fitted the bill. Having never had the original we have no base reference. The potatoes were even more amazing so simple but completely mind blowing. The lemon, jam and potatoes which are typical went so well together. Again no base reference for a filet Mignon so again the taste of the accompaniments were really good. The potatoes, broccoli, chives were well cooked and tasted perfect. The sauce/gravy was really good. The vegan "filet mignon steak" was simply fantastic. I understand it might be juicy marbles - but the way it was cooked it blew our minds. This was on the top of our list while visiting Vienna - strongly recommend it be on top of your list as well.
