Quick service, good prices for drinks - we were waiting for the ferry and it was a great last minute drink before the boat ride.

Prices: 4 Portions: 4 Parking: 3 (limited, but street parking also available) Décor: 4 Very nice, but I was disappointed the huge aquarium was empty at the time. Some good friends took me to Palacio Marino. It was truly a delight. The restaurant is one of the classiest in town, air conditioned, has excellent service, very clean, and offers an extensive menu including all kinds of fresh catch seafood for which Baja California is famous: Fresh fish may be anything from red snapper, grouper, tuna to swordfish depending on what's in season. Then there's shrimp, scallops, octopus, lobster, sea snail, oysters, clams, crab, served about any way imaginable: breaded and fried, grilled, "al mojo de ajo" (garlic), aguachile (just try it), "a la diabla" (very spicy), the Campechana, and all combinations of ceviche made in plain view. Beef (fajitas, burgers, ribeye, New York Strip, filet mignon, arrachera), Mexican "antojitos" such as burritos, enchiladas, chile rellenos and more. One or two items are chicken. The group I was with ordered all kinds of things, so I saw quite a few of their plates. It all looked very good, and no one was disappointed. Of course, they have a few salads, soups, guacamole, quesadillas (a favorite for kids), empanadas, and more. I had some ceviche and the grilled fish, and really enjoyed it. Delicious! They have a full bar, but I chose a strawberry lemonade which was wonderful and refreshing. If you're ever in La Paz, you need to put this restaurant on your "must go to" list!

Their seafood is so fresh, with catch of the day fish. I ordered the Campechana and it was the best I've had in many many years. My husband had the Normal fried Huachinango fish. Service is pretty good, could be a lot better with more attention to customers needs. I was Not offered a second Margarita, or if I needed anything else, but Why Not?! Other than that food was good.
