History

Established in 2009.

Die Idee für die Bavarian Roasting Company und damit für das Café Baroco entstand im Sommer 2008 nach dem Vorbild zweier amerikanischer Kaffeehäuser in Salt Lake City. In Salt Lake City, wie in den meisten Amerikanischen Großstädten, sind Kaffeehäuser beliebter Treffpunkt unterschiedlichster Kulturen aller Alters- und Berufsgruppen. So kommt es schon einmal vor, dass ein Chirurg in grünem OP-Outfit in seiner Mittagspause seinen Kaffee neben einem pensionierten Musiker schlürft, während am Nebentisch eine Gruppe Jugendlicher mit Notebook über ihren Hausaufgaben brütet. Wir möchten eben dieses Lebensgefühl und diese Atmosphäre vermitteln und sehen die Bavarian Roasting Company als moderne Kombination aus Kaffeerösterei und Tagescafé, indem sich Jung und Alt gleichermaßen die Klinke in die Hand drücken.

DAS Café in Amberg. Tolles Ambiente, super Kaffee. Der Service ist flott und immer freundlich. Der Kaffee wird hier selbst geröstet in einem schonenden Verfahren und schmeckt mild und kräftig zugleich. Muß man mal probiert haben! Ich persönlich trinke auch zuhause keinen anderen mehr. Sowohl die Espressogetränke als auch der selbstgeröstete Filterkaffe Kahawa aus der Pressstempelkanne sind sehr zu empfehlen. Die Betreiber beweisen sowohl in der Einrichtung des Cafés als auch im Angebot der Speisen und Getränke stets guten Geschmack. Ein bisschen Weltstadtflair in dem kleinen Städtchen Amberg! read more
